If you have nostalgia for Soviet times, when the promised work has been done for years and somehow without licenses and constantly make promises that are not fulfilled and also do not issue checks, then you have applied to the address.

Rubin the owner took responsibility without question and paid 1400.00 to replace it! I told him that the helper had to go and that I would deal with him only to complete the plumbing and installing a vanity and toilet. Great work and I have him coming back to do my two bathroom renos.
