Helene's Siding Inc. No Longer In Business

After searching out several different companies on HomeStars, and getting quotes from 4, we settled on Helene's. One quote was lower and two were higher. All offered about the same product, but I Helene was prompt and professional on the quote, which made the difference.

The work was done to my satisfaction in 2 days, and the cleanup was excellent. Recommended!

Helene and David were very helpful from project start to finish, providing suggestions and options to help us get the result we wanted. The crew is very hard-working and courteous and keep the work site clean and organized. We had a large complex job and they handled every aspect with professionalism and good humour. We had a small siding repair that was handled very professionally. Having dealt with many contractors over the years I can honestly say this was the most painless experience I can recall.

There was a small problem after the first visit and there was never a question of if my concern was valid or not, just when they would be out to fix it. This happened to be a day later and it was fixed to 100% satisfaction.

I had a relatively small soffit repair job, replace about 15 feet of soffit. I had talked to another company that was working in the area and they kept promising to come by and give a quote. They never did. I called Helene's and they gave a time frame as to when they would come by to do a quote and they did it within the time frame promised. They gave a reasonable quote and a time when the work could be completed. I asked if they were able to move the repair up a few days and they were able to accomodate the request. When the workers arrived the were courteous and professional and did an excellent job. They even made a small repair to another area not in the quote. I would definitely recommend Helen's Siding.

We recently had quite a bit of work done around the house and were extremely happy with the results and efforts by Helene’s Siding. They replaced all of the siding and eaves troughs and matched the new facia and soffit with the existing colours. David, John and the rest of the crew did a great job. David’s meticulous work and attention to detail ensured an excellent job completed in a timely manner, even though the weather was extremely cold. There were some problems and unexpected complications that arose because of the age of the house that they were flexible enough to handle for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Helene’s Siding to anyone needing siding work done!

From start to finish Helene's Siding was a breath of fresh air in that their communication was timely, we knew well in advance when they would come and they came when they said they would. They also did a great job of fixing our fascia and resecuring the fascia on the other peaks of our house. Lastly, they were very flexible rescheduling our work to allow it to be done in January thus providing us with a 20% discount. I would hire Helene's Siding in a heartbeat.

They replaced hail damaged siding high up on the gable end of my house. Although the surrounding siding is faded they matched the colour of the new panel perfectly. They even replaced a piece of damaged siding on my chimney at no extra charge. They were courteous, very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Well done Helene's Siding for such good service at a reasonable price, I would definitely call on you again.

They replaced a couple corner pieces pretty high up on my house. They went up on scaffolding. I called them to come out to my mother’s house and they came out within to weeks of my call. They set up and quickly did repair very fast - in and out, it didn’t take them long at all as it was a small repair. They said no repair was too small. She had been getting rain water in between the walls and now its definitely fixed. Their price was reasonable and I am quite satisfied. I give them 4/5 overall because I would have liked to see them come out sooner but it sounds like they are busy.

They fixed both sides of the garage and did an awesome job. They were very clean, kept everything very neat and tidy and they were very punctual, they arrived when they said they would. I have already recommended them 20 times.
