Serge is great to work with. Easy to contact, professional, neat and tidy. I am very happy with the work he did installing fixtures, including a crystal chandelier 18 ft off the ground! With no assembly instructions as to where the crystals should go - I should add! He got it done! I have recommended him to friends and family and will certainly use him again in the future!

Serge and Peter get a 10/10 all the way. I would not consider hiring any other electricians. I hired ICR based on the reviews on Homestars and am very glad I did. After buying our first home 2 years ago, a 110y Edwardian in Roncy, we've worked with a number of contractors on various projects and Serge at ICR Electric was the best we've come across. He offered sound advice to install a sub-panel at the back of the house where there was no existing wiring so that we could complete a kitchen reno without having to open up our newly renovated basement ceiling. He installed new outlets for our oven, hood range, and under-cabinet lighting as well as some new outlets upstairs. Not only was Serge very competent and reliable, he was extremely courteous of the home, cleaning up after finishing his work (all traits it seems few contracts these days have). He also was flexible to accommodate our busy work schedules, stopping by on weekends to complete stages of the work. I would highly recommend Serge at ICR and will definitely use him again for future projects.

I found Serge through homestars and decided to call him based on the reviews and his 10/10 rating! My husband and I are so glad we did. He has been very professional, flexible, reasonably priced and is very knowledgable. The jobs he has done have been to add and move outlets in my kitchen, installing 9 light fixtures and pulling wire for new undercounter lighting. He works quickly, accommodates our schedule, is honest, neat and clean and provides various options that vary in price, not always the most expensive solution, to help us make decisions. He also gave us advice on where to look for lighting fixtures. We have a number of additional electrical projects that need to be done and will definitely be calling him back and will recommend him to family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

Hired ICR electric to do some work around my house. The washroom on main floor didn't have a ventilation fan, range hood was out of date and my lights in a hall stopped working. Peter arrived on time. The job was done in one day, That really made me happy. Whenever I had question, he was kind to take the time to explain everything to the smallest detail. I used this company to install some electrical outlets on my Hair Salon. I was concerned about potential damage to the wall. I am not sure how Serge was able to install everything so fast and so carefully. He did not leave a scratch on the walls, saving me the time and money of having to use an extra service to patch or paint the walls after the installation.
I highly recommend this company. They are very efficient and reliable.

During our home inspection of a re-sale house that we recently bought, the inspector pointed out some safety issues with garage and other electrical outlets and suggested that we get a qualified electrician to look in to it.
After some internet research, we chose to call ICR Electric to provide a quote. Even though it was during the busy Christmas season, Serge came out to the house within a day to see what we needed to get done. He did a complete walk through the house both in and out and pointed out quite a few more items that were not up to safety standards and took the time to explain why they were not. As first time home buyers, we certainly appreciated this.

He recommended what work was needed and we also asked him to include some additional items. Later that evening he sent us a clear detailed itemized quote. We had a good first impression and decided to go with him and we are glad that we did.

Serge did a terrific job! We had been looking for a good electrician for quite some time to repair and replace a number of light fixtures inside and outside our home, and Serge came highly recommended. I blew out something in the house while having a space heater plugged in... We had no electricity in the kitchen and our master bedroom. My husband found this company on Homestars and they quickly fixed the problem (which my husband had not been able to do before!).
