Serge was on-time, polite, hard-working, and very knowledgeable. He offered a very reasonable quote, and did an extremely professional job. I am 100% satisfied with the finished product. He even installed a dimmer free of charge, and made sure my place was spotless before he left. I would recommend him to anyone looking for electrical work, and will be using him for future projects.

From our first meeting with Serge, my husband and I were both impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He explained the different stages of the work required in detail, offered practical suggestions and advice, and at the same time, Serge took the time to answer any questions we had in a polite and informative manner. I found ICR (Serge) online. I am super impressed with the work and his personality. He worked really hard on installing a light fixture and it was done really smoothly. I found Serge from ICR Electric by fluke during a search on the internet and it was one of the best things that happened to my renovation. I required rewiring and an additional outlet for a new stovetop and oven in my condo. He was quick to book a consultation and found a way of bringing the wiring through without tearing up my walls as we thought might be necessary. He was more than generous with the quote, extremely flexible with times and dates, was able to meet up with my cabinetry contractor to make sure everything would go smoothly, extremely polite and clean when in my house and was constantly in touch via email and phone (some previous contractors I had to practically track down). The end result was better than I could have hoped, much due to the special care and time that ICR Electric put into my projects.
I am so very thankful and would recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician.

I was very skeptical about these phenomenal reviews but after 30+ years of dealing with electricians I can honestly say that Serge and Peter are the best that I've ever dealt with, in my business, and personally! Their dedicated perseverance to a difficult crystal pendant chandelier install was incredible. They don't give up. Their work was meticulous, and they left my home immaculate just as it was when they came. Nope wrong - tidier - the lights were hung and the boxes were ready for breaking down for recycling near the side door. Serge and Peter are the real deal and I wouldn't hesitate to say that they are the way construction used to be run - as masters of their trade with manners and protocol! Amazing experience guys. Oh and they're funny too!

I just wanted to thank ICR for all of their hard work and dedication to the completion of my home. I have used Serge's services on a number of occasions to relocate various outlets and to run cables through difficult-to-reach areas of the house. He's the most careful and reliable electrician I know, knowledgeable of nuances that most other guys would have no idea about. Most importantly, I know I can trust him to get the job done well, because he really seems to care about the quality of his work. I'm surely going to continue doing business with him in the future. I just wish I knew someone as trustworthy as Serge in every trade!

I hired IRC Electric to wire all of the lighting in the basement. Sergey was on time and extremely professional. He did a wonderful job and if I ever need an electrician again he will be the first on the list.

We’ve hired IRC Electric for multiple jobs in our home and have always been very happy with the work. Sergey has managed the electrical for a bathroom gut renovation (including heated floor installation), hardwiring of smoke/CO2 detectors throughout our home and the installation of a generator. Sergey is extremely professional and polite. He always goes the extra mile to make sure his work is perfect and always he cleans up before leaving. He spends a lot of time answering our questions and explaining things so we are comfortable. IRC stands behind their work and makes sure jobs are done right. Over the last year, I have been able to rely on Sergey for multiple jobs in our 1980's build home.
