Have been relying on Farid for years for my condo washer repair and even once for home fridge repair. Farid is AMAZING. I trust no one else to service our appliances. Had a warranty with other company after purchasing our fridge. They came 10 times and I said forget it. Called Farid and of course he knew the problem right away. Farid is very knowledgeable and honest. Would give him 11 stars.
I blew out something in the house while having a space heater plugged in... We had no electricity in the kitchen and our master bedroom. My husband found this company on Homestars and they quickly fixed the problem (which my husband had not been able to do before!). We will for sure use this company again for all future electrical needs. Service was excellent! Thank you ;-)

Greg the sales person is a true gentleman. He is easy to get in touch with and provides a very friendly service. I think he really enjoys his job which is really nice to see. We initially purchased only 2 windows and had a great installation experience. The installers were very polite, very clean, and did a fantastic job. We had such a great experience that we called Greg back to add 4 more windows and a patio door. The entire experience has been smooth and we absolutely love our new windows!

First summer with Hometurf - they came a few times and NEVER treated all my property. Had to call to complain everytime. One side of my house was never treated, one side of my front lawn either. Once the whole backyard was missed. I have no fence and no dogs, the neighbors are fenced. There is no physical barrier. Everytime they would try to blame this and I'd have to say - come to my house, there is no locked fence, no fence doors and we don't own any animals. They'd say they would come to re-treat and never came. PLEASE do not give away your money. You are better off buying 10$ worth of fertilizer and a bottle of Weed-be-gone and you'll be fine. Or hire another company.
The salesperson, Lina Alviar, was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right solution for our needs. I would highly recommend Reliance and we also had a fantastic install experience. 10 stars!

This review is coming in late - Alan came by in February of 2012. We bought the house that was inspected and had a baby immediately afterwards so here I am now just getting to writing the review! Alan was great, he performed a thorough inspection of our home. The house had not been maintained by the previous owners and there were a few findings. We knew this going in, and Alan let us know the reality of the situation. We felt we could manage it, and have since basically gutted and re-finished the entire home. Thanks to Alan, we knew exactly what needed to be addressed, and 1.5 years later nothing else has come up that Alan had not discussed with us during the inspection. I give Alan 10 stars and thank him for helping our family learn about our home.
