We purchased an annual package for pest control through this company. I will not renew my package nor recommend this company to others looking to control pests in and around their home. I have been frustrated by the service since making this purchase. They charged my credit card without my authorization for a scheduled home visit that was part of my annual package (I didn't give them permission to keep my card on file). They do not return calls to book home visits or show up for scheduled visits. I called Abell to check for bed bugs after my daughter and I developed a rash that we were told looked like bed bugs. The inspector told us that he found bed bugs but did not provide proof. Just prior to spending thousands of dollars to treat our home for said bed bugs we decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion was far more professional and after a much more extensive search of our home, he did not find bed bugs. Six months later, we still do not have bed bugs.

I highly recommend Steven at Lindy Consulting Limited. Steven produced beautiful and professional work for us. He graciously provided many iterations of our drawings. He was always responsive- available by phone and responding quickly to emails. He got our permits quickly and dealt with every issue promptly as it arose. If every trade was like Steven, renovations would be effortless!

Hopefully you won't need Mohammad's services, but if you do, I highly recommend him. After our daughter and I developed a rash that resembled that of bed bug bites, we brought in company that said they found a single bed bug in one of our beds. We wanted another opinion prior to incurring the cost and stress of bed bug removal. Mohammad came promptly and did a thorough investigation of our home. He said that there were no bed bugs. He provided us with protective mattress covers to ensure that we do not get bed bugs in the future. He saved us a lot of money, time and stress. He was clean, trust worthy, thorough and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Dmitri. He and his team did a beautiful job repairing a botched tile job in one washroom and laying tiles in another washroom. Tile Stars aims to please- Dmitri answered all my questions with expertise, they finished early and on budget, they cleaned up after themselves daily, they were punctual, courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. They made, what could have easily been a stressful experience, smooth and painless with a beautiful end result.

I cannot recommend Serge enough. He was honest, clean, punctual, considerate and generous with his time. We will continue to use him for all of our electrical needs and highly recommend him to everyone.

Andrey did a beautiful job on our floors. He buffed and varnished a portion of our main floor that was scuffed and scratched up. His work blends seamlessly with the hardwood in the rooms he did not do. He was punctual, his price was reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. He was also patient with our need to reschedule the job multiple times. I will use him for all our future hardwood needs and enthusiastically recommend him to others.

I highly recommend Eduart and his team. After getting several quotes, theirs was the most comprehensive and was comparably priced. They were quick, clean, reliable and did a beautiful job on our roof.

Rick was rarely on site, unresponsive (i.e., did not pick up his phone, reply to emails or texts) and ultimately not dependable. His workers complained about him constantly and a couple of his workers quit while on the job. Despite promises for over a year to complete work that had been paid for in full, he never completed the job. After already having paid Rick, I was left to pay another contractor to properly complete the job Rick started.
