The spring on our garage door was broken and we needed a new opener. Contacted Garage Door Geeks and loved their professional tone. Was able to book a repair for the next day. Pavel, our technician, was outstanding: he contacted and sent arrival time, arrived exactly as he described, and completed the job efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He explained his work and made sure the new opener worked perfectly and that we understood what we needed to ensure that the opener worked properly. We highly recommend Garage Door Geeks—an outstanding experience from start to finish!

Very quick turn around. I called for a quote on Sunday and they sent someone out on Tuesday.

Pavel was the technician who came out to do the work and he was great, very friendly and helpful. He replaced the cables for torsion springs for two garage doors, oiled them and installed an Emergency Release lock as well.

Great experience with the whole team from the initial quote to installation. They were very responsive and professional. They showed up on time, and did a great job installing and explaining everything.

Called Garage Door Geeks on a Saturday night for an emergency repair of a broken garage door (door was on an angle and wouldn't budge). Not only did the technician arrive within 30 minutes of my call (!), he was extremely polite, explained everything in detail, and fixed the issue immediately. Highly recommended!

Garage door stopped working. Was referred to Oleg at GarageDoorGeeks by a friend who has used them a few times with excellent results. Described the symptoms on the phone and Oleg provided an idea of the possible issue which was the gear in the motor unit. He provided pricing for the service call and the part replacement (if that was the issue). He was able to send the technician the same day. Pavel showed up earlier than scheduled and he was very courteous and efficient. Turns out the diagnosis was correct and Pavel changed the gear part within the hour and we are back in business. Provided a one year warranty on the service as well. Pavel took the time to answer my questions about the door and explained the entire mechanism. Contactless payment was seamless via mobile payment. Oleh came by to fix our garage door spring today. The scheduling and communication was professional and quick. Oleh was very informative with the education around the garage door maintenance and troubleshooting. He also was able to address our keyless door issue! I would recommend and would go back to Garage Door Geeks for any future garage door repairs.

I highly recommend Garage Door Geeks, they did not disappoint when it came to product knowledge, patience and being sincere with answers to my questions about garage door openers.

How did they get my business? In July 2019 the original garage door opener which came with our house finally broke down. When I called The Geeks they tried to troubleshoot my problem over the phone, especially since the brand of opener (Genie) was hard to repair.

They could've booked to see me and charge me the visit to tell me i was in tough with going Genie repair route. They also did not have to take the time to walk me through some troubleshooting to explore possible easy solutions. None of the attempts worked overnight, so I called them back the following day to come and repalce the opener- which they did.
All COVID protocols were followed, Pavel the technician worked efficiently, was friendly and took the time to walk me through our new opener.

Since the above happened, I called The Geeks for help again in October 2020 when the pressure coil broke on the door. They came next day, replaced it and gave the whole system a tuneup.

We had recently moved and the manual doors in our garage were hanging on by a thread. Oleh and his team were hired to remove both doors and replace with automatic doors in a very old, uneven garage.

We had some power issues prior to installation that was completely on us and Oleh was extremely patient during the wait. His installation team was on time, extremely professional, COVID safe, and highly knowledgeable. We are thrilled with our new doors and the services provided, would highly recommend.
