Pavel arrived on time. Though I had had another supposedly excellent Garage Door company come out several months earlier, Pavel figured out the problem right away. After having the side door spring of our garage door disabled because of a broken pin, I called around to several places and was informed that the technology was old and could not be fixed. A new door would be necessary. There would also be a long delay before a new door could be had because of shortage issues.

I called Garage Door Geeks and got an appointment the same day since they already had a technician in the area. Pavel was the technician who came out for the service call. He was very friendly, helpful and provided great service. I'm very happy with my first experience with this company.

My garage cable broke in the evening, I spoke with the owner and they came the next day. Repair completed quickly during lunch. Pavel did an awesome job and ended up lubricated both garage doors, though only one was not working. Excellent work and reasonable price. I would call them anytime if there was an issue with my garage doors.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke. I called Garage Door Geeks at about 1PM. I was told that they could have a tech out between 6PM and 7PM the same day. I received a reasonable quote and booked the appointment. The tech called to confirm his arrival in 20 minutes and arrived at 6:45PM. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Replaced the torsion spring and made a few small repairs to the garage door. He was finished in about 40 minutes. I am quite impressed with the quality of the work and the professional manner in which it was performed. I was invoiced for exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely use Garage Door Geeks for all of my future garage door repairs.
