Avoid this company like the plague! They Don't call as stated, don't show up for appointments and use ridiculous excuses. Excuse like holes in hoses was used. Also tried to up-sell. Waste of money...Wagjag has been informed.

Stay away from these guys! Do not do business with them! This Company cancelled on me twice, they finally came this morning and I showed them want needed to be cleaned and they tried to up-sell me on some additional services, but I told them I just wanted the carpets cleaned, as what was stated in the Groupon I purchased. They left my house and said they were getting their equipment from their truck, and guess what, they left and never came back!!! Unbelievable! What a bunch of unprofessional people! My advice would be if you purchased a Groupon for this Company, call Groupon and get a refund and tell them that you have heard and read about how terrible this Company is and you don't want them in your home! Save yourself the hassle! I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

Like others, I purchased a groupon for carpet cleaning. I should have done my homework, as the hassle of trying to get them out to the appointments they scheduled is not worth the savings.

I had been told on Tues. night when an employee called to confirm the Wed. appointment that it might be cancelled because of weather but that if that were the case, I would be phoned before 8am. That did not happen. I had one phone call supposedly from the cleaners, but from a cell phone that didn't connect. I called to find out what was happening and had to leave 2 messages. An employee then called me back and told me the cleaners had tried multiple times to call (not true - perhaps one phone call). We re-booked for the next day. It is now the next day and no one has shown up nor have I received any phone calls to tell me the cleaners can't make it (in spite of being told that was the practice). I have left yet another voicemail but at this point, I just want my money back. I'll clean my own carpets - at least I can then control when they're cleaned and not have to keep following up with a company that presumably doesn't want my business.

Discount Carpet Cleaners: Discount in Name, Quality, and Service. STAY AWAY. Got a Groupon and used them. I foolishly agreed to pay a little extra for additional guarantee of stain removal and when the carpets dried they were just as dirty as before. The only thing that was removed was cash from my wallet. And they have not returned any of my calls or emails. I guess you get what you pay for.

Called and left a message to book an appointment and they called back later in the day. Booked for 2 weeks later. Got a call at 7:30am the morning of the appointment saying they had just noticed they had overbooked and I needed to reschedule. Right. Should've done my homework

Same story as others - very hard to book - even when you finally do, they don't show up and won't return calls. After taking half a day off work to move furniture and be there - no show! Numerous calls unanswered.

Finally they called in the evening to say they had phoned the day before to re-schedule (however, no messages on any of my home, cell or office - all #'s they had). They asked to reschedule and when I said I was going to get someone else to do the job, they hung up abruptly.

Contacted Groupon to complain (as have others) and they did not hesitate to offer a refund/credit as soon as I said who I was calling about - obviously, this outfit is well-known to them. Too bad - it has made me wary of other firms promoted by Groupon.

Should have checked them out in advance - Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating

$30 advertised 4 3 rooms. Great deal but u can't book an appointment & when u do this is what happens:
Don't buy a groupon don't call them!!! They just left my house without cleaning ANYTHING!!! An aggressive woman wanted me to purchase some 'special' cleaning fluid 4 1 room. when i told her I would just get the regular cleaning that was included in the groupon & the stairs, she started saying that she could refuse to clean the carpet according to some course she'd taken becuz she didn't want dirt in her carpet cleaning machine. HILARIOUS!!! I asked her if she was recommending the solution or insisting on it. She got increasingly more aggressive and louder. She started saying how dirty the stairs were even tho they r not, even compared to homes I've been in who do not have pets. What a desperate sales pitch! She also said she couldn't guarantee getting any stains out. HILARIOUS! I said not to worry about the stains as I am going to have the carpets ripped out & put hardwood soon. The stains aren't that serious either since I used to have my carpets cleaned regularly. If u use soap & water they all come out. It's just dirt from dogs tracking dirt or plants etc. Regular household stuff. I also clean my stairs myself regularly. I turned to answer the phone & they left! They actually just left. I wouldn't trust these ppl in my house. Can u give them a minus rating???

I purchased a deal from Groupon to hire this company. The frustrations started as soon as I clicked "Checkout"...

1. It was near impossible to book an appointment. No one picked up the phone, no one responded to my voicemails. I had to contact Groupon a few times to complain (they told me to be patient and try again, which I did), and Groupon had to go tell them to contact me to book an appointment.

2. We finally book an appointment, so I take half a day off to wait for them at home, 12pm-4pm. No one shows up, so I call them at 4:30pm to see what's going on, and leave a message. They call back at 5:30pm to tell me that their truck had broken down, and they would call me right back to see if they can still make it.

They call back at 7:15pm to tell me they can't make it, and we reschedule.

3. I take another half day off to wait for them (12pm-4pm) on the new appointment date. No one shows up. Can't even leave a voicemail when I call their number. Call again the next day, leave a voicemail, no one returns my call.

4. I contact Groupon to refund my purchase... and now I have a Groupon credit for no reason.

If you value your time, vacation days, money, and sanity, do not deal with this company. Given their lack of professionalism and accountability, even if they came back and offered to do it for free, I would not trust to let them into my house and do anything.

Owner came to my home to sell me additional products on top of my Groupon and when I didn't purchase his couch cleaning (because he surprisingly demanded cash when I thought I could pay by VISA), he left saying that the cleaners would show up in 20 minutes to do the carpets. The cleaners never showed up and my calls were not returned. Afterwards I looked at my notes from when I first made the appointment. After describing my couch, I was quoted $59.95 over the phone but when the owner showed up, he quoted me $170. That's quite a jump in price. I had also considered recovering the couch and he said it would be between $1,500 and $2,000. It seemed odd that he couldn't give me a more precise number considering he was right there. He also didn't bring fabric samples which lead me to believe that he had no intention of ever covering my couch. Later that day I called another company to see if they could come and they quoted me $75 to do my house which is 2 bedrooms, a 3 foot hallway and 12 stairs. That was less than he was quoting me to do the santizing/protective coating spray that was on top of the cleaning. It was terrible experience for me because I had worked hard to finish some work on the second floor to be ready in time and had also moved all my furniture the night before in preparation.
