Like others, I purchased a groupon for carpet cleaning. I should have done my homework, as the hassle of trying to get them out to the appointments they scheduled is not worth the savings. I had been told on Tues. night when an employee called to confirm the Wed. appointment that it might be cancelled because of weather but that if that were the case, I would be phoned before 8am. That did not happen. I had one phone call supposedly from the cleaners, but from a cell phone that didn't connect. I called to find out what was happening and had to leave 2 messages. An employee then called me back and told me the cleaners had tried multiple times to call (not true - perhaps one phone call). We re-booked for the next day. It is now the next day and no one has shown up nor have I received any phone calls to tell me the cleaners can't make it (in spite of being told that was the practice). I have left yet another voicemail but at this point, I just want my money back. I'll clean my own carpets - at least I can then control when they're cleaned and not have to keep following up with a company that presumably doesn't want my business.
