Chris was professional and very kind. He communicated very clearly the problem and the solution, answering any questions I had along the way. He even took a quick look at a small issue with my washer while he was here. The job was well done and so far there has been no further issues.

I booked to have them complete replacing the ceramic top to my damaged stove top at the beginning of May 2016. for the past 3 weeks i have been waiting. I called the every other day for the past 2 weeks to have a status. After a call today I finally got an email that they can not preform the work because there service person is not available. They are offering a refund. However they said they can not preform the work. After waiting three weeks to use my damaged stove top and not getting any answer I am very dissatisfied. No work on my stove means another period of waiting with another company. NOT HAPPY

Company was very efficient in booking my appointment. The technician, Chris, was puntcual, honest and did a great job explaining the isssue with my broken door lock.

Chris came and he diagnosed our washer issue, he is very nice and easy to work with.

The service technician Chris was very helpful and jovial during his service call and it was a pleasure to work with him

Brought these guys in to service a broken washing machine in our rental condo. They guy came out and "fixed" the problem. 4 months later and the problem came right back!

Not only do I have a problem with their poor quality of work, but the tech reconnected the water lines incorrectly. Our tenant wasn't able to diagnose or fix the problem herself and when we called QuickFix Appliances to come back and fix the water temperature problem they caused, they refused stating that there would be a new charge to look at the new problem they caused.

I ended up having to go there myself to fix the problem. It turned out that the "technician" connected the hot line to the cold intake and vice versa. Unbelievable!

Oh and one last thing, watch out for the "convenience fee" that they charge but don't tell you about.

Awesome job. He explained everything and was super friendly. I highly recommend and will use the service again.
