Do not use this company !!! . They sent a service man to our house to fix the LG refrigerator. When we called we asked if they repaired LG refrigerators, they said yes. The service man worked on the refrigerator for maybe 10 minutes and charged us $250.00 and it was no different when he left. He said if it didn't work then it would need a control board but would not charge us any more for the service call to install it, and it would take 5 days to get one as they are not an authorized LG service. Amazingly the next day they phoned and said they had a circuit board. I asked where it came from and they said the service man went to pick it up We asked the service guy where it came from and he said the office ordered it. They wanted to charge us around $450.00 for a board that is only $100.00 to buy. I never authorized them to order any board so I cancelled the service call. They phoned me and said I owed them more money for the service call that I had already paid for. The person I explained the situation to back in march said she would have customer service call me. That never happened. Then on April 28th I get a call from a collection agency. I called QuickFix and was told that someone would call me back. That never happened. The collection agency called again on May 10. I called Quickfix back and I spoke with Tina, she was very rude and unprofessional When I told her that I would be writing this review she said go ahead. It is sad that a company does not care about their reputation. The only thing I can figure out is when the service man said I would not be charged for another service call to install the board, he should have said that they will add it to the price of the board 3 times over. Very dishonest company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Chris came to my home and just created havoc.
The ‘QuickFix’ of my stove’s problem took 20 minutes, cost me $225, and lasted 2 hours.
And, to top it all, he asked to use my bathroom and left me with a clogged toilet!
Their Customer Service is a mockery! It’s insulting the way they do not let you talk to anyone other than the front-desk girl.
So, naturally, no refund...
Another terrible point: they delete bad reviews in their web-site!

My fridge was buzzing every few minutes. Chris was very helpful and friendly in diagnosing and explaining the issue to me (the back of the fridge was filthy and it needed a new capacitor). I would definitely recommend this company to others

The technician arrived promptly after a call to the company, so that was good. Then he said that it would be $250 to to a "full" service on the fridge, and until that was done he couldn't tell us what was wrong.

After 10 minutes he said that it was the inverter board but couldn't tell us how much that would be. I watched a YouTube video about how to diagnose these things and he didn't test the signal coming from the motherboard and he didn't test the compressor (even after I asked him to do so). So basically he "smelled" the inverter and decided that was the problem.

Next he phoned back to say that the inverter board would be $650!!!! I called another, highly rated, repair shop and they quoted less than $200 for the same part. I could order it online for $350.

And the tech said that if after replacing the inverter board, that the compressor was shot, that would be another wait and a new technician would have to come out and do that work.

It's clear that this company will try to suck you in for a little bit at a time until you've spent as much as a replacement would cost. They certainly didn't do the job that was paid for and evaded most of my questions.

Avoid these scoundrels!
