Vito did a great job inspecting the house I recently purchased. He was on time, very professional and extremely patient with all my questions. Vito is the second inspector I hired. I initially hired another inspector for a different home who had many more reviews and a more established online presence. But when it came right down to the inspection and report, Vito was hands down the more knowledgable inspector. It was obvious he had an extensive background in construction which was very helpful when we discussed some of the structural aspects of the home. He even went on the roof which the previous inspector did not do. I would highly recommend DSM Proerty Services to anyone looking for a home inspectoon. You will not be disappointed.

My fiancé and I were really happy with the level of professionalism and detail Vito demonstrated during our home inspection and in his report. Vito was very accommodating in booking an appointment with us last minute. Over the phone he was polite and was able to answer all my questions (which was quite a few with my fiancé and I being first time home buyers). Vito arrived right on time for our appointment and immediately began a very through home inspection. He came prepared with all the equipment he needed to get the job done and was respectful of the environment he was working on. For example, changing his shoes and gently resting his equipment on the walls, floors and furniture. What really impressed my fiancé and I the most was the way Vito was able to explain all the observations he was noticing. When Vito would make an observation he would openly talk to us about it and suggest ways of correcting the issue. Additionally, Vito documented all of his observations in a lengthy, detailed report which also included photographs of our home, the observations he made, and photographs of what the changes will look like once successfully fixed including labels, examples and detailed explanations. Overall, we are beyond satisfied with Vito and his work. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a quality, detailed and professional home inspection.

We were extremely satisfied with our post purchase home inspection and thermal scan done by DSM Property Services. Vito responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately and professionally and our inspection was booked and confirmed for a few days later. Vito was very thorough and provided us with all the details, tips, suggestions we were hoping for. He answered all our first time home owner questions and made us feel very confident that we can now maintain a safe and healthy home. Vito was very professional and on time. He was extremely thorough and detailed. During the inspection, we were able to walk with him through the house. He took the time to point out things to us that requires attention, and offer various ways of rectifying the issues. He also provided answers, to our numerous questions, using terminology we understood. The inspection was not rushed.

The written report was provided before the end of the day, it had pictures of all the areas that were being reported on. He also provided remedies to the different issues. It was very detailed, but precise. The report was very easy to read and understand.

We also did the thermal scan (may not be the right terminology) it was excellent, definitely worth the extra money.

We felt confident in making the decision to purchase the property.

We found the thermal scans useful to determine any sources of concern undetected by the naked eye. After the inspection he provided us with a very thorough report, including numerous photos taken during the inpsection. This report gave us additional information regarding any issues with the home, and further advice about its ongoing maintenance.
