My fiancé and I were really happy with the level of professionalism and detail Vito demonstrated during our home inspection and in his report. Vito was very accommodating in booking an appointment with us last minute. Over the phone he was polite and was able to answer all my questions (which was quite a few with my fiancé and I being first time home buyers). Vito arrived right on time for our appointment and immediately began a very through home inspection. He came prepared with all the equipment he needed to get the job done and was respectful of the environment he was working on. For example, changing his shoes and gently resting his equipment on the walls, floors and furniture. What really impressed my fiancé and I the most was the way Vito was able to explain all the observations he was noticing. When Vito would make an observation he would openly talk to us about it and suggest ways of correcting the issue. Additionally, Vito documented all of his observations in a lengthy, detailed report which also included photographs of our home, the observations he made, and photographs of what the changes will look like once successfully fixed including labels, examples and detailed explanations. Overall, we are beyond satisfied with Vito and his work. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a quality, detailed and professional home inspection.
