Vito was very professional and on time. He was extremely thorough and detailed. During the inspection, we were able to walk with him through the house. He took the time to point out things to us that requires attention, and offer various ways of rectifying the issues. He also provided answers, to our numerous questions, using terminology we understood. The inspection was not rushed.
The written report was provided before the end of the day, it had pictures of all the areas that were being reported on. He also provided remedies to the different issues. It was very detailed, but precise. The report was very easy to read and understand.
We also did the thermal scan (may not be the right terminology) it was excellent, definitely worth the extra money.
We felt confident in making the decision to purchase the property.
I would recommend Vito in a heartbeat.
