Thank you Ali for coming to the rescue. I had issues with my keypad which was intermittently working at the time. I had already changed the battery thinking that was the solution but it still didnt work. Ali came and checked it and we put a brand new battery..it worked. He was kind enough not to charge me even though it was a trivial issue he even offered me a discount on any future product. I had inadvertently switched my garage door from automatic to manual mode and was unable to return it to automatic mode. The Legacy team promptly responded to my call and advised me how to correct the problem over the phone and FaceTime to avoid a service call. Legacy came through and installed two new garage openers for us upgrading from our old set. The work was done super quick and efficient and the openers work real well!

I backed into my garage door and cracked the bottom panel. I was looking for someone to repair it and Legacy Garage Doors (Ali) came and convinced us to replace our garage door as it's been almost 10 years old. The garage door replacement was way over our budget but we replaced it with a modern insulated garage door which does make our house look nicer.
