Fresh Air Furnace Services

Fresh Air Furnice Services thoroughly cleaned or furnace, all the ducts and vents in our house. They recommended we also clean the dryer exhaust vent and we are very happy with their workmanship and expert knowledge. We are very pleased with the professional and friendly service and would highly recommend Fresh Furnice Services. We will definitely use them again in the future ??

It was -34 and that's when the furnace decided to quit. I called Fresh Air Furnace and they were there right away. They assessed the issue, determined the part needed, and had me back up and with heat in no time. They could have charged me a fortune as I had no other options but they didn't. It was less than I was expecting and they were fast and professional. Very, very impressed.

Had Fresh Air Furnace in for a cleaning service, which went okay, the staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable enough. Within an hour of them leaving, the blower motor started making odd noises and completely died a few hours later.

Where my frustration comes from is - they wanted almost $500 to replace the blower motor. I'm not suggesting anything was done on purpose to harm the motor, but they should realize that they likely had some effect in the motor failing. IMO, if they had a good sense of professional responsibility, they would offer a deep discount to replace the motor (which is no more than $100, and maybe 30 mins labour).

Bought two Groupons to have my furnaces cleaned - my home and a rental. I had used them before and was very happy. To begin with, they were 2 hours late to my house. They called and let me know they were let but I didn't rebook as I don't really have alot of options for days off. We reviewed everything prior to them starting and everything was in good condition and working. After 4 hours they came up to tell me the humidifier solenoid was broke (worked before they started!) and it would be $150 to fix. I debated given they had already taken up 6 hours of my time and agreed to $100. They fixed it and left. I wasn't overly impressed and I did feel a bit bamboozled.

This company is awesome. They were able to work with my hectic schedule ( I have 2 kids, 2 & 3 years old, same birthday ).
They arrived early, were efficient and did an excellent job.
They left no mess, and within a month, my utility bills went down.
I vow to use them on a yearly basis, moving forward.

They told me my furnace and vent is very dirty.and there are still some dust that are stuck in the joint of the vent.they suggest i need to book again to have them completely clean.

I am a little confused..why they cant clean it now,and need me to pay again to have really clean vents and furnace?

The reason is my vent is too dirty??
well,isnt it why i need your services?
I feel they are in a hurry to the next services,that's why they dont have time to thoroughly clean my vents .

My total was around $300.
so need to pay $600 to have my vent real clean..very expensive!

but the guy told me he is an honest guy,it is IMPOSSIBLE to completely clean really dirty vents in one trip .
May be he is right?

Friendly staff, however the end price more than doubled the groupon I paid for. You will be charged for both having a furnace and another price for having a high efficiency furnace.

I used a groupon coupon to use Fresh Air Services to clean my furnace. The guy came on time but i was not satisfied with the service done. They even tried to convince me to clean my furnace chimney and boiler chimney for 120$ which was not necessary. I rather felt i should not have paid for this service.
