Although it took us a little longer than we had anticipated, due to the rotten plywood and the frosty morning on the first day, we were able to finish on budget and on time, the day before it snowed heavily again. We will come running to deal with any issue you might be having, roof related or not. It is very important to us that every home-owner is educated about the shape the roof and the decking was in and the steps we take to make ones roof last for the 40 year warranty of the shingle. We thank you for trusting us, but by bringing you up on the roof during the job just solidifies that trust. It is very common to see debris and mostly nails lying around after any exterior work, although they should be cleaned by the contractor. It only took an hour for us to clean around your house, such a small thing that most companies will not do. It was a pleasure to have you as a client.

If I remember right, you had a small part of your roof exposed to weather after a strong windstorm. As soon as an agreement was reached to replace the roof, we repaired the roof for the time-being until your turn came. This is the only case we will do a repair, which is free as well.

Being a group of family members, we are able to oversee every detail on your roof carefully, making sure that everything is done properly. It is one thing to do a roof that will last the labour warranty (10 years in our case ) and a roof that will last the shingle warranty (40 years min. in our case) without any problems. Hi Liz. It was nice to meet your family and to have had the chance to help you with replacing the tar and gravel roof of your newly purchased home. We did find a few rotten wood planks and opened a few more vents, but all the work was done within the expected timeline of two days.
Although it is not advised to have a roof replaced in the winter, we do use a superior shingle that can afford waiting thru the winter without sticking and still endure very strong winds.
It was great that the weather held for a few days and we were able to finish the jobs for the season. The National Star Roofing team is very happy to have clients like you. We are at your service at all times.
