Hi Michael! We all wish you a quick recovery from your leg injury. It is a pleasure to have had the chance to help you with your roof replacement project. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. In about 50% of the projects, we come across things like rotten wood, metal flashing to be changed or installed new etc. They are necessary to the roof lasting the shingle warranty of a minimum of 40 years, but they also take time. Especially when we do not hire any subcontractors, that work will sometime postpone jobs. That said, we do make sure the roof is patched for the meanwhile until work is to start, especially when it needs to go thru a winter.
We appreciate all the nice words you have put energy in writing about us and we love it that it all comes natural.

Hi Kent. It was an honor to serve you and your lovely wife, dear sir. Your project was a difficult one, but interesting at the same time. We had to inspect your attic to find the best solution to the venting issue. We needed to find high-performance attic vents but have them not stand out too much. What we came up with was 6 VentMax, style 302. One more thing we did for you was changing the metal flashing around your two skylights, which were below standard. Now your house really does stand out as the better looking in the neighborhood. We already got a few calls asking for estimates on your street. Thank you for your kind words. Happy clients are the most valuable asset to our company. They will always keep our reputation high and each and every one is an active source of business. This is why we do all the extras that other companies which are profit-driven will never do, and not charge for them. People might not think it is important for the people who have an interest in the company to be doing the work themselves, it is very much so. Being friendly, professional and informative are a few of the perks that come with hiring National Star Roofing. There is hundreds of details that need to be properly addressed during the process of re-roofing, many of which are not visible once the job has been completed, but of great importance to the longevity of the roof. For example, there is an average of 1800 tabs of shingle and around 10,000 nails being installed. If the roofing shingles are not lines up properly, they will not stick as well. Also if they are not cut perfectly around walls, chimneys, skylights, roofing vents and plumbing stacks, it is only time until a leak happens.
