Paramount came out and helped me with my roof repair. Patrick was kind and professional. He personally came out to patch the asphalt shingles and the area that was damaged, which allowed raccoons to enter the attic. My issue was 100% fixed. These guys are roofing experts, and also caring. Highly recommend.

Had a metal roof installed in September 2018. Noticed a leak inside coming through the ceiling recently. Spoke to Patrick (said hes the Owner). Patrick immediately told me (without coming to look at the roof) that the leak was due to the flat roof over the porch and that it would cost me over $2000 to install a metal roof on the flat roof. When asked why the flat roof was not done with the rest of the house, Patrick indicated that they dont do flat roofs. When asked how he was going to fix it now then, Patrick became extremely angry, swearing at me calling me names and wouldnt allow me to speak. Patrick went on to say that he has Cancelled my warranty and that I have lost the support of his company.
This is the type of company that you read about and are told to stay clear of. Despite the claims of offering a lifetime warranty, they will not honour it.

We hired Paramount Roofing to install a galvanized steel roof on our home. The installation date started 5 weeks late. The installers showed up with an unsafe ladder. Upon installation we had some issues regarding the work being done. Had to contact the office and they sent over a rep to the site as Patrick was unavailable. after viewing the drone video at the office the staff were aware of the issues and connected me to Patrick via speaker phone. I explained to Patrick that I was not satisfied with the end result of the roof. During that conversation Patrick got very upset and raised his voice while accusing me of wanting a satisfactory job, not wanting to pay the bill, having a bad attitude. At that time Patrick agreed to redo one side of the roof when 2 sides needed to be done. During my next phone conversation with Patrick he was very aggressive right from the start, shortly into the conversation I had to hang up on him. in the3 next call Patricks final offer was........bribe me with $500.00, fix the last part of roof and sign a waiver that I would not right a bad review..........Its now November and still no word from Patrick.

The service was very good. I Expected there to be a few guys working on the roof. But mostly it was just one guy. Sometimes he had a helper. It's to bad he didn't have a helper when he took down the antenna. I know that it is a bit top heavy on a ten foot pole. Because I was the one who put it up. My wife has plants all around the house so the guy tried to be very careful not to let stuff fall on them. The roofer was always eager to give me my driveway when I got home from work. The roof looks great. And Patrick gave me a bit of a deal because I was concerned about my finance. It would be good if they had a big magnet to pick up
metal shavings. I had borrowed one from work because I just did my garage roof. I Picked up some that they missed. Roof done in 2022. Only took one week. Started on wensday and finished on Wednesday. But he didn't work on Sunday.

Paramount Permanent Roofing put on our metal roof in 2013. We decided to add some more snow guards to the roof this year. My husband was very pleased from the very first phone call. Questions were answered, quote given, and an approximate installation date promised. We wanted the snow guards on before the snow arrived, and they delivered. John, the installer, and his assistant were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They did a top-notch installation, answered all our questions, and consulted with the office when there was any doubt. We were very pleased with the whole process.

We hired Paramount in Fall 2017 to put a metal roof on our house. In February 2018 they put a nice looking metal roof on our home on the coldest day of the year. I was impressed.

From the beginning Patrick thoroughly explained everything and answered all of our questions. He even had his guys lay down a membrane barrier a few weeks before they were to do the metal roofing. This really gave us a peace of mind that our leak problem was not going to be a problem anymore even before they were due to install the roof.
The actual installing of the metal roof was a great experience too; the guys were very professional and friendly on contact. They also cleaned up well afterwards.
