CONSUMER BEWARE...........PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!
We hired Paramount Roofing to install a galvanized steel roof on our home. The installation date started 5 weeks late. The installers showed up with an unsafe ladder. Upon installation we had some issues regarding the work being done. Had to contact the office and they sent over a rep to the site as Patrick was unavailable. after viewing the drone video at the office the staff were aware of the issues and connected me to Patrick via speaker phone. I explained to Patrick that I was not satisfied with the end result of the roof. During that conversation Patrick got very upset and raised his voice while accusing me of wanting a satisfactory job, not wanting to pay the bill, having a bad attitude. At that time Patrick agreed to redo one side of the roof when 2 sides needed to be done. During my next phone conversation with Patrick he was very aggressive right from the start, shortly into the conversation I had to hang up on him. in the3 next call Patricks final offer was........bribe me with $500.00, fix the last part of roof and sign a waiver that I would not right a bad review..........Its now November and still no word from Patrick.

Hello Everyone, In this situation we tried all kinds of ways to make Jim Wolfe happy but were unsuccessful. He is somewhat deceptive so its been tough to work with him. I’m personally disappointed about this as I would like every customer we have to be happy but could just not get Jim to let his guard down so I could help him with his concerns, apologies. The roof however is stunning and looks fantastic so I feel we did our job and then some there :) I am posting pictures and video of the roof for all to see how great and high quality it is. The door is always open for reconciliation and it would put a big smile on my face if we could somehow make Jim happy. Will keep trying!!
