CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

What's not to like?!!! Reusable containers delivered to one address and picked up at another...saves the hassle of collecting enough sturdy, clean boxes in advance of your move, which then have to be broken down and thrown out. On top of that, Andrew is a friendly and accommodating guy. I highly recommend this company's service (in fact, have already done so!).

City Boxes are the most efficient way to move. They are not only environmentally friendly- but they are very easy to pack and stack. Andrew is awesome and was always available to deliver additional boxes with little notice. We highly recommend City Boxes for anyone who moves.

Awesome service. Super convenient. The boxes make moving a hell of a lot simpler. Andrew is a great guy to deal with and communicates well. The boxes are a bit more than cardboard, but because they are heavy duty and stack well, it makes it super simple. Especially getting out of a condo.

CityBoxes were great. The delivery and pick-up were exactly on schedule and Andrew was extremely professional and helpful. And it was no problem holding on to the boxes for an extra week. Boxes were in perfect condition and clean. I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service! I would recommend cityboxes any day. Andrew is a thorough professional. He was very friendly, prompt at responding to texts/emails, and most importantly very accommodating with the delivery and pick up times. The boxes were in excellent condition and it made my life a whole lot easier. With such reasonable pricing, there's no need to look elsewhere for the best moving boxes in town.

I used Cityboxes for moving the contents of my 1 bedroom condo. The service is great and Andrew is very friendly and professional to deal with. He arrived on time for both the delivery and pick up of the boxes and was understanding and accommodating when I had to change the delivery date.

CityBoxes provides a great service that is well worth the price. Andrew Applebaum is courteous, communicative, and responsive to his customers' needs. He was able to deliver our boxes quickly on short notice and was flexible on our pick up date. We would absolutely use CityBoxes again and would highly recommend them to others.

My partner was moving to our house in Etobicoke from his downtown condo. We looked at other moving box companies and prices are all within one another... but City Boxes is the most economical. Despite the lower price tag, Andrew Applebaum does a great job in terms of service. He is pleasant when interacting and he is professional in terms of expectations and always keeps you abreast of what's going on (e.g. delayed delivery due to traffic). The product itself arrives in excellent condition and the boxes were intact and clean. He provides those snap tags and labels. There is an up sell at the drop off of the boxes... he brings packaging paper, bubble wrap and the dolly on which the boxes come on. I'm not sure if he mentions these at the get go (my other half booked him) but he does provide these additional items right when he delivers the boxes. We did need those items so I'm not really annoyed at the opportunity he took--it's smart--but I wonder if he brought it up sooner. That said, whatever premium you'd pay is probably just for convenience so take it or leave it. He also says that if we don't use a box, we just tell him upon pick up and he'd discount us the box.

We needed to extend the box rental by a week to get the time to unpack and it was just an additional $20 (varies depending on number of boxes). He didn't need much notice and it was easy to do. I like doing these boxes versus the cardboard ones b/c I don't have waste when I"m done and the durability is worth it.

Pay in cash (upon delivery/pick up) or email money transfer for a better rate. Overall, I'd say the experience was pleasant and as expected. I'd recommend this service to others if they are looking for it.
