amazing service and the moving bins were very sturdy without being too heavy. Andrew is very flexible on when you'd like to receive your bins or have them taken back after your move.

This is a great service. Saves so much time assembling and breaking down cardboard boxes before and after moving. I would recommend to anyone moving. And the cost was comparable to buying disposable boxes.

Andrew really knows how to deliver customer service! He did what he said. He even went above and beyond the call of duty by waiting for me as I ran late and carried the boxes right up to the door of my condo. I felt good that I was doing something good for the environment by using CityBoxes. And Andrew's positive, upbeat personality was a great aspect of the service. I highly recommend Cityboxes

CityBoxes is a great service making moving easier from start to finish! The convenience is worth the cost, and they came early as Andrew was in the neighborhood almost a week early - at no extra cost!!
The moving company also loved the boxes, reducing the time and effort they spent, and therefore reduced our moving costs overall!

I recently moved from a condo into a home and decided to use CityBoxes.ca instead of the usual cardboard boxes I have used in the past. I found CityBoxes/Andrew to be responsive, professional, easy to work with and cost effective. The moving crates were sturdy, easily stackable (both empty and full), strong....and extremely clean too!

After ordering my crates I had to change delivery and pick up a few times and it was never an issue -- easy peasy.

I would recommend CityBoxes / Andrew to everyone who is moving whether its a small or huge job!

This was the first time I went with reusable moving boxes after doing 11 moves with cardboard boxes. I'll never go back to non-reusable boxes again. Andrew from City Boxes was courteous, friendly, professional, and thorough. The price is fantastic, as a student I found it very affordable for the serviceI got. Andrew drops off the boxes and picks them up at your new location. He brought them up to my fourth story walk up and did it quickly with a smile on his face. He also includes labels and zip ties for the boxes. Communicating with Andrew was easy via text, phone, and email, he responds very quickly. I have already recommended this service to friends and will continue to do so.

2nd time using the service in 2.5 years, and once again made my move much simpler. Rented 40 boxes for a 1-bedroom condo and bought wrapping paper & bubble wrap. Movers said the boxes made their work easier & faster.
