CityBoxes was extremely organized, dependable, and professional. They kept their word for keeping time - for both drop off and pick up - and alerted me by calling and texting each time. Andrew was also very friendly and helpful. I was moving in a very tight timeframe and my move would have been considerably more difficult without CityBoxes' reliable help.
They provided exactly the service I wanted. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend them. I really liked the idea of using the reusable plastic boxes. These boxes are easy to open/close, no need to rip off the tape to get something out if the box you accidentally packed. Content is well protected. They were extremely accommodating for the moving schedule, and very helpful. Price is very reasonable for the service you receive, and it is a very big help during those busy days of moving.

i have used City Boxes for my last move and I have to say Andrew is wonderful. First of all the boxes are incredibly practical to carry, store and move. But what really makes it great is Andrew. the delivery /pick up time frame is great if you are actually working as you will not need to take a day off waiting for boxes to arrive. Andrew delivered my boxes in a middle of a snow storm, and I had placed a very last minute order. I only have good thing to say and i certainly will use City boxes each time I have to move something. I strongly recommend Andrew and his company - Best service I have ever experienced. Thanks so much Andrew for making my last move as painless as it could be. City Boxes is a great service! We were able to arrange drop off of the boxes on short notice, Andrew brought them right up into our apartment. They were sturdy, clean and great for moving in the winter. It made our move go faster as the movers were easily able to stack them. Andrew provides great customer service. I appreciated that the delivery and pick up windows were only two hours, he advised us 30 minutes before he arrived, and was on time for both pick up and delivery. I would definitely recommend City Boxes.

I was very satisfied with the services provided by City Boxes. They were punctual, flexible, and the service was very easy to use. Excellent customer service! The entire experience was great and I would definitely use them again when moving or undertaking another home renovation project.

Top notch experience. This is an excellent and highly convenient service - you get sturdy plastic boxes and can purchase packing paper/bubble wrap all in one go.

I work late and was relieved that Andrew was notably accommodating in delivering the boxes between 7-9:00 p.m. The boxes were dropped off over a week early at no extra charge. They were clean and stack easily (minimizing visual chaos in my small condo). The boxes are solid and secure. I moved in February (in a snowstorm), so it was great that I didn't have to worry about any of my things getting wet or banged around. As a result of using this service, my move was painless and less expensive (it was quick and easy for the movers to move/stack the boxes).

Overall, a fantastic experience. City Boxes helped minimize my stress during the move, saved me some money and were total professionals in terms of timely drop off and pick up. I will certainly be using them again should I move in the future.

Cityboxes was awesome! It was my first time using the company for moving purposes. I got 15 boxes and some extras (packing paper etc) and Andrew was awesome! No issue at the original address or new address - communication was great, and it felt good to know I was being more eco friendly than using cardboard boxes. The best part of the service, is that because of the weekly turnout for pick up, you HAVE to unpack. No excuse to be lazy :) I would highly, highly recommend Cityboxes to anyone!

Great service. I rented plastic boxes to help with my move. Andrew is very punctual and customer oriented. I have appreciated that he would responsd very quickly to my emails and keep me posted on his arrival time. I would highly recommend using his services.

We were very impressed with CityBoxes. Not only did we get boxes on a tight time frame but Andrew, amazingly nice man, gave us the boxes early and let us keep them over a few days without charging extra. We will definitely be using this service again and be recommending CityBoxes to everyone we know who is moving.

I rented boxes from CityBoxes to store things during a home reno because I wanted to keep my things more securely than paper boxes would keep them. When the reno went longer than expected and I had to keep them longer than originally expected, Andrew gave me a great courtesy discount. Great experience front to back. Would rent again.
