Waterwise waterproofing had done waterproofing of our 70 years old house. The communication before, during and after the project was excellent. The service was done to our satisfaction. They are very polite and pleasant company to deal with. Final charge was exactly what was in the estimate.

Manny is very knowledgeable, reliable and was excellent in diagnosing and creating a cost effective drainage & waterproofing solution to tackle water coming into the basement apartment through an Egress window well. Since this is a rental property, his assessment and work was done on time, without me having to be there. I will continue to use his services in future to also upgrade a few sump pumps.

I own a 100+ year old brick home, the basement walls where bowing in. The where cracks/gaps in the bricks on the back of my house. Manny from Waterwise came and dug out the perimeter of my house. On the inside he put steel I beams ever 4 feet. Then braced them and pushed the foundation wall back in place so my walls where straight. This pushed most of the walls back in place on my home, closing and gaps that had been created. He then water proofed my basement walls, added weeping system and back filled everything.

I should add that I was away from home during this work. Manny and crew did an amazing job. They sent me pictures/videos every day on what was completed. He is very trustworthy and does amazing work. He cleaned up when he was done, he levelled the dirt in the backyard. I would 100% recommend Waterwise.

Manny and his team were incredible from the first day. He came out and was very professional. He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease about the situation. At one point we found more issues in our basement and when we contacted Manny he made sure to get to us asap to provide us with information and a plan to fix the issue. All the way in the lead up to the project he was I'm constant contact. We had nothing to do Manny took care of all the services that needed to be turned off. The actual waterproofing was done in 2 days. Manny and his team were great and in constant contact sending updates and pictures so we could see the progress of their work. The work was amazing and they left everything spotless before they left. We will definitely be using Manny and his team for future projects and will recommend him for any work for friends and family

Waterwise waterproofing did excellent work and service. The service was done to great satisfaction. The workers did an excellent job repairing my home concrete foundation cracks. Parking the concrete after repair my cracks, cleaned up after. I am very satisfied with the job done. I would most definitely us homestars and the workers sent to do jobs at my house. I would gladly recommend them for any home repairs I need done.

I hired Waterwise Waterproofing to resolve the constant issue I had with wet foundation wall in the basement on rainy days and when snow was melting outside. They resolved the problem completely. It took roughly one day from beginning to end. They did exactly as they precisely explained how they would resolve the problem and left the site clean upon completion. The final charge was exactly as quoted without any explanations and additions.

My basement was a wet mess. It was unfinished and we hen we had that very quick thaw, my basement started pouring in water. I had several quotes. However, Waterwise was the most reasonable and they were able to do the job quickly. Mannie and Charlie were professional, honest and did a great job! My basement has been dry since!

Continuously had a very wet basement every time it rained. I decided to get some estimates and couldn't believe how expensive it was. A dear friend finally recommended Waterwise Waterproofing. I gave them a call and had them give me an estimate. The gentlemen I dealt with were very polite and professional. Their estimate was practically half of the other few I had received. They came and completed the work in a very quick and professional manner. Complete installation of weeping tile all around my home gave me the satisfaction of a dry basement.
