I own a 100+ year old brick home, the basement walls where bowing in. The where cracks/gaps in the bricks on the back of my house. Manny from Waterwise came and dug out the perimeter of my house. On the inside he put steel I beams ever 4 feet. Then braced them and pushed the foundation wall back in place so my walls where straight. This pushed most of the walls back in place on my home, closing and gaps that had been created. He then water proofed my basement walls, added weeping system and back filled everything. I should add that I was away from home during this work. Manny and crew did an amazing job. They sent me pictures/videos every day on what was completed. He is very trustworthy and does amazing work. He cleaned up when he was done, he levelled the dirt in the backyard. I would 100% recommend Waterwise.

After my phenomenal experience with Clark Basements, I felt compelled to write a glowing review on the labour intensive work their team did on my basement. I hired them to install an interior weeping system and a sump. I also had extremely un-level floor in half of the basement so I had them remove the cement floor and repour concrete in that area. They arrived on time and ready to get dirty! This involved days of jack hammering the floor apart, carrying heavy pieces in buckets out to the bin, lifting heavy stones into the basement before finally pouring the cement. They put the weeping system around the perimeter of the basement with a new sump pump. Lastly, the team included waterproofing membrane on the walls, which was sealed great around windows, fuse panel, and outside vents. I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with the work they completed. Being here to witness the hard work and sweat that goes into what they do, I could see first hand the attention to detail and professionalism! They worked non-stop! In addition to the fantastic work, I was blown away by their compassion as one of the days they were working my muffler came off and one of the gentlemen approached the car to see if they could help. I also had extra garbage around the house that they had offered to take to the dump for me. Just all around a great team of hard working men that I am so grateful I found!
