STAY AWAY!!!! FAR AWAYYY!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I don’t usually leave reviews on companies I deal with… But Standard Broadband has to be the worst Company to deal with!!
Since getting there service installed over a month ago… I have been dealing with nothing but issues of slow internet speeds of as low as 1 mbps download speeds as a constant.
I have called in to there tech support over 10 times with the same results… Someone stating that they with “Look into it and call back” What a joke! I truly believe that is standard procedure to say that… and do Nothing. I have even had contact with the VP who basically did the same thing… and Nothing.
I also emailed customer service over 10 times… Which they just started a “Ticket” in order to have my issues resolved… After multiple tickets… still noting.
Instead of just admitting that there service is trash… and can’t get me the 12 mbps that they promised and refund me… They strung me along with promises over and over again for a month!!
My family was stuck not being able to stream TV, Movies and my kids were barely able to do there online school programs due to the Brutal service.
Don’t be fooled like I was!! I wish I googled them and read there reviews before calling them and paying them for this Horrible internet service. I wouldn’t be in this mess.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did!!
They tried to tell me that they can’t refund me… But I’m thank god I paid with my Credit card that protects me from this!! So I will be filing a claim with my Credit Card company… And the Better Business Bureau!!
