Standard Broadband

I am a rural customer and have been with Standard Broadband for many years. Their customer service is amazing, provides call backs the following day. I have their Rural Fiber Optic plan and it rarely goes down. When it does, Standard Broadband's web site posts regular (and in cases hourly) updates as to the ETA. It is expensive, but being that it is rural and the distance between houses with no other providers, I'll enjoy what I have.
