The service co-ordinator, Chris, and I had several discussions about a cap for one of the water diverters not sealing properly to the orifice.
He suggested a number of possible fixes for me to try - at no cost - before finally deciding that a service call was the only way to get this problem solved. For the service call Chris brought a number of diverter packages and was able to fix the problem in about 15 minutes.
During the service call he also looked at filters and spa cover and made suggestions for replacement parts.
Overall the service call was well worth the $140 spent.

This is our first hot tub spa. After much research we settled on the Master Spa line. Kevin took the time to listen to our needs and walk us though the brand lines with detailed explanation of features. After we had selected a spa Kevin was honest and creative in reducing our cost on the unit. We are very happy and look forward to the install process as well as on going support from the team at Home and Leisure Wholesale.

We purchased the spa at the expo in Barrie, to start off the salesman misled us on a few issues and details pertaining to the tub. He further advised that the spa will be delivered within a week and will include all the necessary start-up chemicals. We were further advised that upon the delivery of the spa someone will guide us through the start up process and explain the basics.

To make a long story short, there were a few flaws in the "salesman's" sales pitch at the expo. We were initially frustrated upon delivery due to a number of issues, partly due to misleading information by the expo salesman, and partly due to our lack of knowledge. We left a voice mail with Premium Wholesale Home and Leisure, and received a call from Kevin the next morning. Kevin was in simple words everything the "salesman" was not. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. The issues we originally had have been promptly and professionally corrected and resolved. Kevin went above and beyond our expectations to make the situation right! In essence he transformed a very disappointed first customer, into a happy and loyal client for along time. I can honestly say that I will buy again with confidence from Home and Leisure and I have no issue or restrains recommending them to others.

The sales staff helped us find exactly what we wanted in our price range and took the time to educate us on many features that we hadn't considered. Hot tub came right on schedule and the delivery staff kept us informed throughout.

My wife and I had been researching hot tubs since March when we went to the Toronto Home Show. Over the last 10 weeks we made a profession out of researching the very confusing world of hot tub models and options. Bought a tub in 2012, recently had to replace a pump, they ordered me a new one, and walked me through the installation. So no service call needed. They have always been honest and up front, never tried to upsell or give me anything I don't need. Would highly recommend.

Post delivery update (original review below):

They exceeded our expectations and gave us a very pleasant surprise on delivery! We purchased a floor model / demonstrator to take advantage of better pricing as it looked like new, was identical to the current model and came with full warranty. On delivery day the spa arrived however we were surprised to see a brand new spa arrive instead of the floor model. They explained that the prep time to restore the spa to pristine condition was taking longer than our lead time. Rather than delay delivery or send something that was not to their standard they substituted an identical brand new spa in its place at their expense. What a nice surprise, I have nothing but total respect for their integrity and how they treat their customers. Many thanks to Kevin, Chris and the rest of the team.

Original post: Although this was our first swim spa purchase we had done a lot of research and had tested out several different makes before we arrived at H&LPW in Kitchener. What drew us here was that we wanted a model that was suitable for full immersion fitness and hydro-therapy. H&LPW carried several models that fit that need. When we arrived Kevin was genuinely interested in ensuring that the models we were considering was the best for our needs explaining the benefits and limitations of each swim spa (their own and competitors alike). He let us test swim in privacy only checking to ensure all questions were answered. After the test he was more interested in listening to our comments about our experience again to ensure he understood what our needs were, absolutely no pressure.
We ultimately decided to go forward with the confidence that what we were buying was the best for us and it also turned out to be the best value.
The top 3 reasons I would recommend H&LPW are;
1. No pressure sell, they were interested in ensuring that we would be buying something that was the best fit for our needs.
2. Selection and value. They are a large dealer and offer many models and are very reasonable. Ultimately they were the only dealer that supplied deep swim spas for fitness as well as relaxing hydro therapy that are more than waist deep.
3. They had clean change rooms (bring your bathing suit), they were the cleanest of all of the dealers, again showing a high level of consideration for their potential customers.
