My experience with the purchase of my hot tub has been great. Kevin and Chrisitan were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how they didn't make negative comments about their competition, when we brought up features from other hot tubs. They focused on their product and provided us with additional knowledge to help us with our decision. Their customer service is excellent as well.

Was the second place we stopped for quotes and information. Was pleasantly surprised at the "no pressure" sales approach.
We were informed of different brands, jets, packages and then Kevin let us decide what would be best for us.
Once a decision was made, he gave us his opinion on the more important options and what really made no sense at all.
Appreciated the honesty and frankness we were given.

We have embarked for the first time with becoming Spa owners, so you can imagine how many questions we had/have. From the day we purchased our Spa from Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure with Mike to the continuing service Kevin has given us we feel completely and totally at ease. We searched through several Spa companies and in the end Premium Wholesale won! They are not in for the 'hard sale' rather the opposite - and they listen which in my opinion is the most important element to Great Customer Service.

We are very satisfied with the swim spa. It is exactly what we needed for our family. The only recommendation we have is to consult with a designer prior to installation with respect to different options.

The customer service was exceptional. Kevin took the time to explain the difference between tubs we have looked at, price points and even explained we could customize our tub and colours to suit or wants. Looking forward to spending time in our tub for years to come!

When we went to look for a hot tub we already had an idea of what we wanted. When we met Kevin, he took the time to explain pros vs. Cons in just about every aspect of the hot tub. ie. tub size vs price, optional upgrades, price negotiation. He took us to his yard to explain differences in size of the tubs. I don't think we could have asked for better service! Friendly, professional and experienced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy. Actually I have already told many people how exited we are & where we are getting out Tub from. Thank you Kevin for making this big purchase a reality.

My wife and I have been in the market for a new hot tub recently and stopped in to Premium Wholesale as part of our search. We were met by Kevin at the store who took the time to ask what we were looking for and what our preferences were. He made suggestions and explained the different spas and what the numbers meant on each. He listened but at no time pressured us into any decision. We finished our business past the store closing time but Kevin never once made us feel he was in a hurry to close 'on time'. Fantastic service and very informative. The salesperson was friendly and spent over an hour helping me select a hot tub based on my needs, as well as explaining all of the features of the hot tub and comparison to other brands. Very satisfied :)

I love the tub the twilight 8.2. We are happy we got it. Delivery was perfect. Easy set up and stuff was very nice answering very question we had.
