We purchased the spa at the expo in Barrie, to start off the salesman misled us on a few issues and details pertaining to the tub. He further advised that the spa will be delivered within a week and will include all the necessary start-up chemicals. We were further advised that upon the delivery of the spa someone will guide us through the start up process and explain the basics. To make a long story short, there were a few flaws in the "salesman's" sales pitch at the expo. We were initially frustrated upon delivery due to a number of issues, partly due to misleading information by the expo salesman, and partly due to our lack of knowledge. We left a voice mail with Premium Wholesale Home and Leisure, and received a call from Kevin the next morning. Kevin was in simple words everything the "salesman" was not. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. The issues we originally had have been promptly and professionally corrected and resolved. Kevin went above and beyond our expectations to make the situation right! In essence he transformed a very disappointed first customer, into a happy and loyal client for along time. I can honestly say that I will buy again with confidence from Home and Leisure and I have no issue or restrains recommending them to others. Thank you again Kevin, for helping us out!!!!!! Robert. S
