horrible horrible experience. Gail and gill are the worst people I have meet. They are NOT reliable and barely showed up. There tiling work was terrible. The shower water doesn't drain properly because its not sloped properly. The tiles dint line up also chipped. They would have every excuse to not show up during the week. Horrible unreliable ppl. Don't waste your time ot money.

of our trim around the door to fit a tile also our shower floor is not sloped properly and you need a squegy to push the water down the drain. My biggest mistake was not firing them sooner, we were just worries because during these covid times god knows how long it could be before finding someone else.
I would not reccomend GILL or GAIL to my worst enemies. Horrible ,extremely slow, BIGGEST not reliable. Move on find someone who is willing to work and do it in the proper time frame.

As per usual Gilles did a fantastiic job renovation my ensuite bathroom. Ably assisted by Gail. It is a pleasure having them in my home. If I have any more renos to be done they willbe the only people I will call.

Modifications in washroom.Window sill had to be modified to balance it with the other window in washroom.Had to make a box to hide pipe protuding from floor.Had to tile wall and floor.Excellent job.

G&G Magic Touch did an excellent job, with high quality work. They stayed within their budget barring specific extras, not expected in the original quote.
If I had any criticism, it is that the work took longer than we expected, and perhaps they should have set the expectation of duration up front.

We used G&G Magic Touch Services to install 2”x4” tumbled marble subway tiles that we purchased from Ceramic Tile World based on a referral from Steve (the owner) when we asked if he knew a good tiler. We were very happy with the quality of their work and the level of customer service. Gilles and Gail are easy to work with and are dedicated to ensuring you are absolutely satisfied your project.

G&G gave us recommendations on the best grout (TEC PowerGrout) to go with and Gail even suggested a grout colour that matched better than the one we had chosen. Our walls were rough after removing the old tiles so Gilles put on a skim coat to ensure the tiles would sit evenly. Gilles is a perfectionist and did an amazing job on installing our tiles and doing the grout work. He even came back the next day after the grout had cured to run a bead of caulk between the countertop and the tiles so it would be perfect (thank you).

We will definitely be using G&G Magic Touch Services in the future on our other projects as they do more than tile work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for handyman services.

Gail handled the transaction easily and Gilles did the work perfectly. The price was good, and the work was done efficiently and on schedule. Gale and Gilles approach to service is exceptional; they answered all my questions (and I know NOTHING about tiling so there were a lot), and made really great suggestions about layout, colours and grouting. More importantly, the both treated my project, me and my home with respect. They showed great care for the quality of the work, and the cleanliness and security of my home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We contracted G&G Magic Services to complete a kitchen backsplash with glass subway tiles. In the beginning, Gilles and Gail gave us a fair and detailed estimate that they honoured in the end. They also gave us expert advice on the color and style on the tiles we eventually chose. Gilles’ installation was perfect. He was meticulous in the alignment and grouting of the tiles. Gilles and Gail completed every aspect of the job perfectly, including installing adapted electrical outlets. From the beginning to the end of the process we couldn’t have been happier with their considerate, conscientious and professional approach to the job.

Gilles and Gail have just completed a total renovation of an old bathroom replacing the bath tub with a tile and glass walk-in shower, the floor with floating laminate tiles and a new toilet and bathroom fittings. Completing it with painting the walls. They went to great trouble to satisfy our taste in colours, fixtures and fittings. We are very pleased with the results. Gilles is a fine craftsman and utterly reliable. Gail brings her talent and experience in helping choose and find the right materials . We would certainly recommend this firm.
