We used G&G Magic Touch Services to install 2”x4” tumbled marble subway tiles that we purchased from Ceramic Tile World based on a referral from Steve (the owner) when we asked if he knew a good tiler. We were very happy with the quality of their work and the level of customer service. Gilles and Gail are easy to work with and are dedicated to ensuring you are absolutely satisfied your project. G&G gave us recommendations on the best grout (TEC PowerGrout) to go with and Gail even suggested a grout colour that matched better than the one we had chosen. Our walls were rough after removing the old tiles so Gilles put on a skim coat to ensure the tiles would sit evenly. Gilles is a perfectionist and did an amazing job on installing our tiles and doing the grout work. He even came back the next day after the grout had cured to run a bead of caulk between the countertop and the tiles so it would be perfect (thank you). We will definitely be using G&G Magic Touch Services in the future on our other projects as they do more than tile work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for handyman services.

I was fortunate enough to come across Vitaliy from his excellent reviews on HomeStars and found him a pleasure to work with and very honest. After speaking with him on the phone, Vitaliy came over right away to take a look at my project (installation of vinyl siding over wood siding) and offered suggestions and provided an estimate. I had already decided on a premium vinyl siding product by Kaycan called the “Richmond”. Unfortunately, Vitaliy did not have a sample of the Richmond with him because not many customers go with it. Vitaliy said, he would come back with sample in a few days to show me so that I would be comfortable with my decision and be happy with the product before proceeding. No other contractor offered this service to me. I was home during the installation of the siding and it was obvious when watching Vitaliy work that he does not rush and takes pride in his work. I am very happy with the excellent job he did and would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to others needing siding or aluminum work done.
