Mike is very knowledgeable. My husband and I were very impressed with the way he inspected every inch and detail of the house we want to buy. Mike is very honest and truthful in telling us what needs or doesn't need in the inspections of the house. We felt very comfortable with Mike, highly recommended!!

I loved his attention to detail. But what I really loved was that since I am a first-time home buyer, Mike took the time to explains things to me and answer all the questions I had, even the ones I thought of a few days following the inspection. The very informative and detailed report was provided to us quickly. Mike exceeded my expectations tenfold and, in my books, went above and beyond the call of duty.

The home inspection was a very informative and useful process. The inspector, Mike Heeley, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through the entire house, highlighting what was in proper order and what needed to be replaced or repaired. In addition to the walk through, we received a report detailing everything that needs to be repaired, the recommended course of action and how quickly the repair should be done. All the communication emails, both before and after the inspections were prompt and user-friendly. The cost was very reasonable and we are very satisfied with the service performed.

We hired Mike to do a home inspection for our 1-year tarion warranty. We had no recommendations, so It was an easy choice after reading all the great reviews on HomeStars. And Mike's services did not disappoint! He really is very thorough and detailed in his work and explanations. His report pointed out what we should put on the tarion warranty, and referenced the building code paragraphs (in case the builder ever challenged us). We also appreciated his honesty. Mike came highly recommended to me for my home inspection on a older 1974 home. I was very pleased with how he didnt miss anything even small details. He was very good at explaining and answering any questions we had while we did the inspection and reminded us more than once if we had any further questions after to please call him. After the inspection he sat us down again and went through everything again. It was time and money well spent I wouldnt hesitiate to use Mike again and would highly recommend him to anyone buying and home.
