Mike came highly recommended to me for my home inspection on a older 1974 home. I was very pleased with how he didnt miss anything even small details. He was very good at explaining and answering any questions we had while we did the inspection and reminded us more than once if we had any further questions after to please call him. After the inspection he sat us down again and went through everything again. It was time and money well spent I wouldnt hesitiate to use Mike again and would highly recommend him to anyone buying and home.
