I had Dave install a new dedicated 50A circuit (approx 50ft run from panel) with shutoff panel for my new hot tub. He was reasonable in his estimate, friendly and took care to clean up the site after the job.

After getting several quotes from various HVAC providers around town and looking for reviews and recommendations, I chose Delta to install our new system. We purchased Daikin equipment, particularly a modulating (98% AFUE) furnace and a 16 SEER A/C unit which came with a communicating thermostat and new 5" air filter. Initial discussions with Spencer were very informative not at all pushy. While I was still deciding, Delta (Spencer) was the only company that reached out to see if I was still interested and wanted to work to get my business. The options and quotes were very well laid out and helped me feel in control of the decisions. When it came to the installation, it was expertly done and the guys (Dale and crew) were very professional. They did a tidy job of installing the new venting required, re-positioning the A/C unit on the other side of the house. Everything looked neat and clean after the installation was complete. So far we are quite happy with the choice we made.

Mike inspected our new home for us and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and his report gave us plenty to discuss with the sellers. He was very fair and gave a broad report from things we should get done right away (i.e. a new roof) and things that were superficial and could wait (but were worth noting nonetheless). His approach and attention detail gave us a lot of confidence. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
