Mike was such a pleasure to work with. Extremely prompt to respond to any emails/calls. At the inspection, he arrived early, and genuinely wanted to help me understand everything. He was generous with his time answering my questions, and offered to follow up with advice, any time after the inspection...above-and-beyond. His comedic character made working with him so much fun, too!
