Gold Star Windows And Doors

We had the door installed and had our existing storm door put back on. The installation was excellent and they spent a great deal of time making sure everything, including our storm door, fit exactly right.
We were pleased with the variety of doors and features GoldStar had available and when we went to their showroom it made all the difference. We actually picked a different door there than we picked in the catalogue because we could see how it looked "in person." The absolute best part of the process was the installation. Our installers, Alex and Sergio, arrived within the time frame specified. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and most of all their attention to detail and focus on doing everything just right. They spent several hours installing the door and replacing our existing storm door. They wouldn't stop until every single detail was exactly right. Our sales rep, Ilia, also stopped by and spent some time to make sure everything was right during the installation. I find this kind of service to be rare. If you're in the market for doors we found GoldStar to provide a very high quality product with expert installation. I believe their products and service are worth every penny we paid. I highly recomment this company.

We had GoldStar Window replace 5 windows in our basement. We found them to be very competitive with their pricing. They were very helpful giving us a great deal of information without the pushy feel of a sales pitch. The install team were very prompt showing up exactly at the time promised. They were very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. We will be using their services again without a doubt.

We had been researching window companies for some time and after going to Gold Star showroom we were convinced their windows were what we were looking for. The following week Nick came to the house and went into further detail about the make up and dependability of their product. He then took measurements of all the windows we were going to be replacing. He informed us that one of their installers would come out to verify which windows were to be replaced and to verify all of the measurements. I was impressed with the fact they were so intent on making sure everything was accurate.
Nick called to verify that the installer had been there and told us it would be about two to four weeks before they would be back to install in order. We had also ordered a replacement front door. Sergeo told us they would come and install the windows first and then come back the next day and install the new door and jam. Everything they promised they delivered on schedule, with professionalism, and courtesy. They also cleaned up as they worked inside and out.
As stated in the previous paragraph everything was done in a professional manner with great attention paid to detail, and thorough clean up. What a difference it made in the appearance of our home and the over all comfort. After seeing our windows our next door neighbor asked if I would take her to see the showroom. She was so impressed with the windows she had them replace her old windows too.

Things are Great. There are huge improvements over the once that I had before. I have nothing negative to say about GoldStar. They came in a bitterly cold day in the early spring time. It was horribly cold and they did all of my windows in the house, which was 11 windows. GoldStar did an absolutely magnificent job. I have nothing but praise for them. Before the installers came the sales person Roman comes in and helps us decide what on the kind of windows and takes measurements so, the windows can be custom made. When they make them and they have them already that is when the installers Sergio and Vlad come out and put it the house. Roman made sure that I had tampered glass in my floor to ceiling living room windows knowing that I have a lot of grandchildren around and they did not want that glass to be breakable. Roman really concerned about having the safest windows with little kids around. None of the competitors even mentioned that. I was very impressed with that. Roman was more than just trying to sell me their products. He was trying to make sure that I had the right thing for the right product. GoldStar price is much less expensive. These are very high quality vinyl windows. It is very easy to clean and also airtight. GoldStar did a very nice job. They were very responsive and punctual. I would be happy to recommend them. I think I also have a warranty for the windows as long as I am in the house.

We are extremely pleased with the final product. Our windows are beautiful. Sandra was on site on numerous occasions and the staff she had working on our house were very polite and did a great job!
From start to finish the project was easy. Sandra made sure we always knew what step we were at in the process. She made sure to address any concerns immediately. Even the clean up was great.

1. Sandra arrived on time to view the job and give us an estimate. Sandra was very professional and knew her product.
2. The estimate was clearly stated and she was able to match the interior wood trim in the kitchen and family room.
3. Next day, installer Sergio arrived, again on time, and measured each window explaining the installation process.
4. We were given an estimated arrival of the windows of 3 weeks and the windows came in 2 weeks.
5. An installation date was set for the following week and installers arrived on time, and were able to install all the windows in 3 days.
6. The job was done without any mess to our home and all the material was cleaned up each day.
7. Sandra checked on the job each day and then met with us after the job was finished to make sure we were satisfied.

We were extremely pleased with the job!

Service and workmanship like this you don't find much of nowadays. I highly recommend them to people who are looking for quality and as close to perfection as you can get.

They are professional, caring and efficient from beginning to end. Gold Star communication is excellent and the workmanship non to par. They sent 3 workman (Alex, Sergio and Vlad) who were courteous, respectful, efficient and clean up after
themselves which is important to me. They installed 12 windows for us which took approximately 9 hours and it was done without a problem. I have another 6 windows, plus doors that need to be installed and when I'm ready I and definitely calling Gold Star to take care of it all for me.

Gold Star did my windows. What a great job! We love it. The price, quality, and service was fantastic. My family got to meet the Gold Star Family and we felt like their family by the end of the job. Alex, Sergio, Andrew & Sandra made us feel so comfortable. The quality of the windows they installed are so superior to what else we saw out there. The factory tour of their machinery and equipment was out of this world. The installation was clean they use drop cloths and they are very careful as if they're in their own home. Gold Star has been a pleasure. The two times we had questions with regard to cleaning and operating our windows they were right there for us. They sent someone out to go over the windows with us.
We are very careful as to who we have in our home. Overall Gold Star is the company you want in your home.

We have windows installed by GoldStar in 12 April, 2013. The job was done immaculately, efficiently, and with great respect for our property. The two technicians always treated us with respect. This is a very old house, and they took all of the old moldings around the window off carefully and put them back superbly, once the new windows were installed. I can't say enough about the skill level and care that these workers extended. I can only conclude that they represent the business well, and GoldStar Window is serious about "excellent service." It demonstated to me that the business works as a well-informed team. The house was vacuumed each time any dirt was made, and they always placed a drop cloth prior to going to the next window. It was really a joy to watch.

Two weeks ago.

I contracted with GoldStar Window to install 6 windows in my mother-in-laws's home. I researched the reports on HomeStars and determined that I wanted to give GoldStar Window the job. Upon calling the office, I scheduled an appointment and the Sales Representative Sandra, showed up exactly on time. That was very refreshing. She explained to us the type of windows she offered and used a model to demonstrate all of the features of the windows, and Sandra answered any questions that we had. These windows were being installed in a home for an 86-year old lady who needed the explanations to be basic and to the point, and they were. Sandra told us that we would be called to schedule an appointment for a window technician to come to our home to do the exact measurements. Sure enough, we were called the next day, and we set up the appointment. Sergio, the technician, came to the house and performed all of the measurements, and after much thought, we asked him to add two more windows to the original scope of the work.. He said that was no problem and after he left, I contacted the office and spoke with Sandra that she just added the two additional windows to the original contract, and emailed me a new one, making the paperwork effortless. We were told that the windows would take about two weeks to arrive, once ordered, and that, too, was very precise. The day of the installation, two technicians came to our home, Sergio and Ivan (not really sure of the spelling of his name.) They immediately got to work - it was a threatening weather day, and before you knew it, 6 of the 8 windows were installed without a drop of rain.....they were focused and worked well together. Once the rain began, they were able to install the remaining two windows, one of which was the bathroom, so rain was not an issue, and the other was a small pantry, which was completed without any effort. Both technicians were so polite, skilled, and neat, that I really believed that they were part of my family doing work for me. They extended the same care to this home that I would expect they would do for their own. It was really a great pleasure having them come to us.

I have used the services of Gold Star Corporation in October 2012 for windows that I bought from them and had them install. I also bought and had them install two storm doors.
I was very happy with them. I shopped around and they had what I thought was by far the best products. Their installers were polite and professional. Alex and Sergio did a good job. The quality of their products and the quality of their job in installing stood out to me about them. When people installed windows, most likely a lot of the time, things would not be installed quite correctly from what I have heard. Either there would be a space somewhere or the window would be too easy or too hard to open and things like that but I never had any of these problems. I was quite impressed. I visited their factory and they showed me all sorts of different options. They also showed the comparison to the other company's windows. I also had been to two other window stores before that. They sent Nick to the house on my request to go over specifics with me about the pricing and some other details. They did a great job when they came back to do the installation. I could not hope for better and I was very impressed with the company. I would absolutely use Gold Star in the future without any question. I would go straight to them without shopping around when I would get the remaining windows done.

We shopped around many contractors before decided on GoldStar. We got a good "feel" of what was available and we did lots of Internet research on the products each company was offering. When we found GoldStar our search was over. Ilia was our salesman and found him to be very knowledgeable with every aspect of the work we needed to have done. He was very patient, kind and genuinely involved with our project and offered many sensible suggestions along the way to completion.
All work was done on schedule and on budget. Ivan and Sergio were very polite and professional - taking extra time to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it done. Ilia was always supervisors on the job from the beginning to the end of each day.
The quality of the the products used was very high-end. GoldStar makes there own windows and we toured their factory and saw every detail of their window making process. Totally impressed with their quality!
I waited an entire year to write this review as we wanted to see how the products performed through all 4 seasons of the year and how they would respond to any post-project needs. We never had a single "draft" through any of our windows and the entire house was much quieter and much warmer too. I called them back to install yet another window about 6 months after the "main" project was completed and they very quickly came and installed that single window for us as if it were another almost full house job!
Project manager Andrew was always there to answer all questions that we had during and after the project was completed. He went above and beyond any salesperson we have ever had dealt with - and we have dealt with many! We are extremely pleased that we found and chose GoldStar Window and their professional staff and workers. After they left our house went from "worst to first" in the neighborhood.
