I dont know what Silvia is talking about< but I had STG come into my neighbourhood and relace the water services for a few streets and they were great. Because of the location of my water service and extra hole had to be dug beside my house which involved removing concrete walkway and a Japanese Maple. Not only did they bring me a bigger Japanese maple, but I asked if they could do a pattern in the concrete for me, and they did it all at no charge. I was treated great and would recomend to others. My contact info for them works just fine, so I dont know where that came from???

Service initially seemed good. However when rain season came water seeped into the basement through the opening in the wall where the work had been done. Many calls later, contact number no longer in service. When contacted on his cell number, he refuses to come and even look at it, even though it is still under warranty. Makes me wonder if the service was ethically to begin with. The scariest part is that this company has done contract work for the City of Toronto.
