When we booked we were told that it will cost $80 for technician to come to our home to look at the dishwasher and tell us the problem. After inspection the technician will give us a quote. The problem with our dishwasher was that it was making a huge noise. The technician (Gurjeet) came and said that he will service it and fix the noise. He said it will cost $250 plus tax. We agreed and asked him a couple of times that the fee he is charging is for fixing the noise and he said yes. He took 30 minutes to do service and informed us that the noise has been fixed but asked us not to turn the dishwasher on for 6 hours as he has applied some kind of glue to a part. He also said if the noise comes back in a few days or weeks, we will have to order a part. So he left clearly saying that noise has been fixed due to his service. When we turned the dishwasher on after 6 hours, the noise was pretty much there, no change. When we called them the next morning, they wouldn’t listen and said we had agreed to the service. Instead they further asked us to buy parts worth more than $650 plus taxes.
They tell you one thing when you book and another when they arrive for service. And they go suddenly from $80 to $250. Also when we called the customer service, they were rude and tried to convince that the technician has explained every thing properly and it was our misunderstanding. Basically their practice is to mislead people and to convince the customers to pay for something that is not needed.
Avoid this company at all costs. $288 have gone down the drain on this unnecessary services which did not fix the problem.

Was not told the repair might not work. After the repairman finished he told me not to turn on power for 8 hours for glue to dry. When i turned on power the next day to try the machine nothing worked. When I called the company back, they would not come back to check that everything was put back correctly. The only way they would come back is if we have another $600 part replaced. I think this is shoddy work!

DO NOT CALL THEM! called to repair a dishwasher. filled out their form online. received a callback within the hour. scheduled for them to come the next day. Told that it would be $80 to assess and then quote on labour from there. came home to see that they charged my wife $280 plus tax. did absolute nothing but all me that it will cost me another $800 in parts and labour

Repair person was here 40 min used no new parts rinsed out one hose and charged me $299.45 told me this was a flat fee and then I cleaned up the water left on the floor and he used my good dishtowel to clean his vacuum. I called the company and they would not give me any kind of help or refund. They are gouging customers

Didn’t read reviews before calling and regret it. Thought they seemed professional with large SEO spend on Google and a helpful woman who arranged the call and asked the right questions. The guy who turned up had limited tools, no knowledge on how to install appliances and was using YouTube to look up what to do. Absolutely appalling!
I ended up having the tell the guy what to do in order for him to finish up and get out of the house. After he was gone I had to redo the attachment to the dishwasher as it was leaking. This was a simple install of a brand new appliance and their team was not qualified to do it. Biggest waste of $200 spent just to get the guy out of my house. DO NOT USE THEM.

Repair man was aggressively RUDE and condescending and didn't want to answer any questions. I phoned the office right after he left, politely told them what happened and was told the manager would call me first thing the next morning. Nobody called and even when I called again the next day I was pushed off again until my final call (when I was told the manager left for the weekend and would call me on Monday. I guess the $700 repair job wasn't worth calling back an unhappy customer within 4 days. Worst technician/repair man and company I've ever dealt with.

Do not hire this company!!!! My fridge stopped cooling and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. $80 initial fee for
Visit which seemed reasonable. Repair guy shows up tells me he forgot his invoice book and will come back in an hour. He returns and tells me the repair will cost $280 to fix the issue. He did not even look at the fridge and told me he knew the issue and it would cost $280. Paid by debit because he does not accept credit card. I then asked him what he was gonna fox and he wouldn’t tell me. Asked him to stop and leave my house. Of course he said he could not refund the $280 even though he did no work. Beware of this company!!!

BE AWARE - this company's practices are fraudulent and misleading. They have a very carefully curated image online, but dig a bit deeper and you will see person after person (including me) who got taken for hundreds of dollars. I called for someone to look at my washing machine to see if it could be fixed or replaced. The tech did not diagnose the issue correctly, made me pay for service up front, inlfated cost of parts, and then left me with a machine that is not working. Calls and letters to customer service have not resulted in a resolution. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Exactly as the other reviews here (which I wish I read before booking) state, exact same MO of a $90 assessment fee, then within one minute of being in my house that goes up to $280, but that new quote should also fix. The serviceman then mislead me multiple times on how he crafted the invoice to make me incrementally agree to more and more. Once I realized he ran my credit card for more than he said he was going to, I cancelled the remaining work but was advised they could not refund my card (within the hour) but instead they would mail me a cheque? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible experience with this company. I called about a problem with my fridge. On the phone they told me that the service call will cost me $80 but when technichian arrived he asked for $280+tax just to start to work.
Then he told me that he doesn't accept Creadit cards, only cash or Debit. After 30 min of work he told me that all is fixed and left.
But that was just beginning of my troubles. The next day I realized that nothing was actually fixed and the fridge has the same problem as before. Moreover, we found some extra screws and a plastic piece that he did not properly re-assemble when finishing up his work.
When I called customer service to complain, they just advised me that I need to replace the compressor which basically costs the same as a new fridge. I called customer service 3 more times trying to speak with a supervisor to resolve the matter, but they merely gave me excuses and promised that the technician would come back to fix the error, and that the supervisor will call me back but both did not happen.
Summary: DISHONEST COMPANY. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
