I have to share:
Had our basement renovated in 2017 or so. Nick and crew were awesome and at site daily. Did it take longer than expected, yep! Was the job done to my families expectations, yep!

Honestly I had my doubts toward some of the reconstruction of LDL support and repositioning of the utilities. The cost of reposition toward utilities vs sq ft advantage did not compliment the extra cost.

Fast forward 2 hrs.
We has a small flood in our newly renovated basement (note: Sandy and his son recommended a water management system - interior water channel system and sump pump which we passed on). We hired a different vendor and as he was performing rip out he asked, who did the Renos to your basement, it looks recent and very well structured - these guys know what they are doing.

So that said, I knew then Snider Homes was well spent.

Mind you, it took longer than I we wanted but we did have good company of Nick and his crew.

Would I use Snider again - YES
Would I recommend them to my friends - YES, but with understanding that quality takes time. So have patience.

Shout out to Nick and crew who we spent much time with in our Bolton house.

We had a firm quote for a basement job, obtained all permits, and on the start date Sandy showed up with an Engineer? Demanding thousands more before he could start the job because he could not do it for the quoted price and wanted more. I made them leave my house before they could touch a thing. He had weeks to tell me he wanted more, but waited until last minute, after everything was prepared to start the job, to try and get more money. They kept $500 of my deposit for their time and work instead of showing some professional integrity and refunding all? Do not hire these guys, whatever they call themselves now.

I will not work with these people again. Work was completed slowly, with very poor quality. Despite promises, results fall short of what one should expect and can get from others.

We did our Kitchen renovation with Snider Homes. The project took us 5 weeks. Haim and Gil were great through the whole process , took care of every step of the renovation professionally and kindly.
Their team were always on time and were very clean , they sweep and vacuum clean after themselves every day .
The payments were convenient , we had no issues .
Kitchen came out amazing , higher then our expectations !

DISHONEST COMPANY DO NOT HIRE BE AWARE

We extended credit to Sandy of Snider Homes on a 30 day payment term. Its been almost a year now and after may attempts to collect he still has not paid his invoice. Snider homes takes materials from small business, then lines his pockets with the profits and does not pay his suppliers. Through research and word of mouth, it has become clear that he is doing this throughout the industry. He has claimed to be ill and unable to pay his bills but he is promoting his work on various web sites and home shows. Be aware of this company and person.
