Mr Muhammed was terrific. He was courteous and professional. He put my mind at ease from the moment we spoke on the phone the first time. He showed up when he said he was going to show up and he would call when he said he was going to call. That is very important and just common courtesy. What set Mr Akram apart from everybody else was his calm and gentle manner. Everybody I called before Mr Akram said that the only way to get rid of the bed bug situation was to heat my entire house to a really high temperature. Mr Akram said that this was not necessary. Mr Akram was very reassuring and thoughtful during the whole removal process. He explained everything he did in detail and put my mind at ease during this very stressful situation. We discovered that people we know have bed bugs and visit us regularly and we found what we thought were bed bug skin shedding's in a bed. I contacted Mr. Akram and we discussed the concerns and he came for an inspection the same day promptly. Mr. Akram completed an inspection and found no evidence of bed bugs currently. He suggested that we may want to take precautionary measures by purchasing bed encasement covers and bed bug tents which we did and he also suggested to obviously be very careful of those visitors of ours. We decided to contact Mr. Akram based on homestar reviews. When we called, Mr. Akram was willing to come out as soon as possible. He took the time to talk with us before doing the inspection to get an idea of why we felt concerned. He then carefully inspected any parts of our house that were of concern. He didn’t find any bed bugs, but instead found 1 carpet beetle larvae. Apparently some people have an allergic reaction to the carpet beetle that looks similar to bed bug bites. He gave us some instructions for precautions that we can take, and showed us many pictures of bedbugs so that we would know what to look for. He did not try to upsell us on anything. He just seemed genuinely concerned that our minds should be set at ease. We are so grateful to Mr. Akram for all of his help! Muhammad visited our apartment after we'd had a previous consult from a heating company. We had found one bug, on our mattress, and could not find evidence of anything else. The heating company wanted to charge a large sum of money and did a very weak inspection. After reading Muhammad's reviews, we felt that he was an honest inspector, not out to make a huge profit off the fear of clients - we were right!

When I suspected that we may have bed bugs in our home (my daughter and I had bites on our bodies), I decided to call Mr. Akram of PSS based on all the positive reviews from Homestar. Mr. Akram came 2 hours after my phone call for an inspection. He checked my bed, mattresses and box spring thoroughly and found evidence of bed bugs. He also did a check in my children's bedroom but found nothing. He then suggested that I have my bedroom treated but for the other 3 bedrooms, since there were no evidence of bed bugs, I just need to buy encasements for the mattresses and box springs (he had these in his truck). It has been 2 months since my room was treated and I have not gotten any bites. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Unfortunately, my daughter continued to get bites. When Mr. Akram came 14 days after he treated my bedroom for a follow up, he checked my daughter's room again but again found no evidence of bed bugs. Another 2 weeks later, however, I found beg bugs on the seam of the box spring encasement. I immediately called Mr. Akram and he came over right away to assess the situation and he treated my daughter's room as well. Three days after the treatment however, we found 3 more bed bugs on the box spring encasement. We notified Mr. Akram and he did another treatment. It has been 3 weeks since the second treatment and my daughter has not experience any bites.

Within 24hrs of our first phone call he was at our apartment. Before arriving, he informed us of what we should do to prepare for his inspection. Once at our home, he took the time to explain what he would look for; asked questions that helped him understand our lifestyle and how we may have come in contact with the bugs; and he also made suggestions for how to avoid bringing them home again. The price we paid included all additional visits (we had three treatments in total). You never know what will happen when you hire a pest technician to take care of a problem. I got a call from my tenant saying that she was bitten by a bug. She had killed what looked to be a bedbug. I did a quick search on Homestars and found Pest Solution Services. I took a chance on hiring Muhammad and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about bedbugs, and pests in general. He is an entomologist by training. He asked a series of questions, did a thorough inspection, and found not evidence of anything more than the one bedbug that the tenant had killed. Based on the evidence, and on the fact that the tenant worked in a very public place, he determined, and rightly so (as it turned out), that the tenant had inadvertently brought the bedbug into her apartment from her work. Even after 4 weeks from his inspection, there were no more bites, or evidence of any more bugs. Muhammad was right. Why spend thousands of dollars on heat treatments, or hundreds on bedbug sniffing dogs, when for less than a hundred dollars, you can have an expert, diagnose and solve your problem? First let me say that Mohammad is a true professional and a blessed man.
I contacted Moh after i had a company come in and spray. I panicked and regret not doing my research and reading these reviews prior.
After the company came in and sprayed i wasnt satisfied so i contacted Moh to ask if he would come and inspect my house. He came the next day and spent over an hour in my room and reassured me that i was OK. I asked for some traps just for peace of mind.
Please if you do get these pesky little things do yourself a favor and set your mind at ease, call Moh he will assure you what is going on and how to deal with these things. I cannot thank him enough!!!!!
