First of all, Priority Plumbing was able to address the range of needs and questions we had. We had a question about a leaking shower that we didn't think had anything to do with the plumbing, and needed help diagnosing the problem, plus we had a toilet that wasn't working very well, and we were almost positive would need replacing. Priority Plumbing was easy to contact, and it was easy to make an appointment that fit our schedule. It was only $59 for them to come out, and then, unlike others, they don't charge by the hour once they are there, but rather charge only if they end up doing the work, and it is based on the job itself (not an hourly rate). The plumber (or technician) who came was David. He was phenomenal! He took the time to assess the situation and explain everything. He told us honestly what the possible solutions were, and even explained that it probably wasn't worth it to pay somebody to fix the shower issue, as we could probably just do the caulking ourselves. Since we really dislike caulking jobs (as they are time consuming and finnicky), we paid him to do it anyways. He did that and replaced our toilet the same day. He was very personable, and very professional. Just wonderful all around! I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing to anyone.

These guys did an awesome job! There were quite a few steps, and they did it without a problem. They looked like they didn't even break a sweat. They also had a great disposition and attitude! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I wish I had known about these guys the last time we moved our piano. They gave us a window of 9am-1pm, but were at our place before 10am. I didn't have to pay for this move because I was trading in my upright shiny acoustic piano for an electric piano, and the exchange covered the cost of moving the piano.

We decided to contact Mr. Akram based on homestar reviews. When we called, Mr. Akram was willing to come out as soon as possible. He took the time to talk with us before doing the inspection to get an idea of why we felt concerned. He then carefully inspected any parts of our house that were of concern. He didn’t find any bed bugs, but instead found 1 carpet beetle larvae. Apparently some people have an allergic reaction to the carpet beetle that looks similar to bed bug bites. He gave us some instructions for precautions that we can take, and showed us many pictures of bedbugs so that we would know what to look for. He did not try to upsell us on anything. He just seemed genuinely concerned that our minds should be set at ease. We are so grateful to Mr. Akram for all of his help! We highly recommend Mr. Akram if you have any concerns about pests in your home.

We called on Leaside Plumbing to fix our Rinnai Hot Water System. When the service gentleman arrived, he told us that regrettably he didn’t have the tools or ability to fix our system. Not only did they not charge us anything for coming out to look at our problem, they did research for us and discovered which company that could help us. Thank you, Leaside Plumbing, for helping us out!

We had great service from Belyea Bros. Anthony came and fixed a leak at the flow switch on our Rinnai tankless hot water heating system. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and answered all of our questions about our heating system. We are now planning to use Belyea Bros for our future annual heating and cooling maintenance.

We made an appointment to have our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned. When the workers arrived, they first checked our furnace system, and took pictures inside of our air ducts. They told us that we had a high velocity furnace that wouldn't need to be cleaned as often, and showed us pictures of our air ducts that our air ducts didn't currently need to be cleaned. They charged us $80 for the inspection, which they said would be deducted from the price of our actual air duct cleaning when we did need to get it done, and they cleaned our dryer vents at the special rate of $49, which is the rate if you get both your dryer vents and air ducts cleaned. They seemed like a very honest and respectable company!
