We found his web site by chance when searching for “reviews for bed bug treatment’ at 1am in the morning (other companies either did not have reviews or had very few that were not very positive). We e-mailed him and by the morning there was a prompt response –and by the evening he came and examined the room and gave us an estimate. Before leaving, he explained the life cycle of the bed bugs, and showed pictures where they could hide and reproduce to give us an idea of the magnitude of the problem and the required treatment. He was able to state by looking at one of the female bugs we found , that they had been in our bedroom for about a month - which was correct from the time we started getting the bites. We had used the off the counter bed dug powder and he explained we had overdone the job. He gave us the correct technique on how to 'finely spray' the powder - and that visible powder was dangerous for our lungs

He came two days later and performed the treatment , exposing every area of the room, even the electrical outlets and within the bed railings etc. He even gave a quick check of our other rooms and our sofa in the Main Floor (where we had spent some time) and suggested we place Bed bug traps (which he had in his car) to see if there were any in our other rooms.
He suggested we place special Bed Bug Bedcovers (an very reasonable price) to ensure any bugs left are trapped. He also instructed we ‘treat all the bedsheets/pillows etc with 30 mins of straight high heat drying in a clothes dryer. He spent over 6 hours in our one room
He then came back 2 weeks later to check on the Traps and check if there were any signs of bugs.
One of the traps had two bugs so he treated that room and checked our and other room again to ensure some had not come back again .
It has been over one month and we have had safe environment. We strongly believe Muhammad is the most ethical and hardworking person and very personable

This was our second time dealing with bed bugs. I wish we had called Muhammad the first time. Last October we spent $3,000 on a full house heat treatment when the bugs were only ever found in our bedroom. Muhammad was very reassuring and put our minds at ease. After calling one service, who said we did have them and would charge us $2500 for heat treatment, we decided to get a second opinion. I called Muhammad and he came over within a few hours. When Muhammad came, he did a thorough investigation of the bedroom, examined the bug, which we had preserved in alcohol, and determined that this was not a bed bug infestation. We unfortunately contracted bed bugs in our 2 bedroom apartment and they threw our life off balance especially because we had a 5 month old child. Our nightmare began in mid February when we discovered several adult bedbugs crawling across the underside of our bedsheet. We panicked, bagged our bedding and pillows and immediately jumped on homestars to look for a bedbug professional. Muhammed was the first person we called based on his excellent reviews. He came the following day for the inspection which was a Sunday and ended up treating our bedroom on Monday, which was a holiday (Family Day) no less. Muhammed went out of his way to help us when he knew we had small children in the home. It turns out we had a major infestation in our master bedroom, one that had likely grown over a 1 year period by his estimation. The signs were there for some time in retrospect but we never once suspected bedbugs! Muhammed was so meticulous in his search for the critters, even finding eggs hiding inside screws on the underside of a side table! He spent 10 hours treating our master bedroom alone. Both of our boy's rooms were inspected as well and as no evidence was found, Muhammed didn't recommend spending money on treating them. Instead, monitors were installed in their rooms and throughout the house. Unfortunately a few days later, one bug was found in our 3 year old's room and also in our living room. That was enough for us to decide to treat all the bedrooms and our main floor as well. Muhammed explained that this was normal given the high level of infestation. We often have all 4 of us sleeping in our bed thus increasing the chances of spreading the bugs throughout the home. He promptly returned and again, spent a significant amount of time inspecting and treating our home. I wish we could say that all was fine after that, but since then we have found a few adults in our master and a baby in our infant son's room. Muhammed has always returned either the same day or the following day to inspect and re-treat. Our master has had a total of 3 different chemical treatments and we are hopeful that it is finally over. It's been a few days now with clean monitors. This experience has been very stressful but Muhammed has been reassuring throughout, calming our nerves with each conversation. He has been honest and understanding and professional at all times.
