Great work on two faucets in my two bathroom. Needed both of them to be installed on new fancy sinks. Not even a single scratched on them, which is great. Sealed accurately and in general the work is done neatly. Thanks to Vadim.

hello. I would like to share my experience of working with company Metro Plumbing and drains. I have heard of them from friends of mine who did their bathroom project a while ago. I had an emergency with my kitchen faucet being completely broken and leaking. It happened on Sat afternoon and it was no hope for me in fin the evening finding a plumber available immediately. Luckily plumber from Metro was able to come in the evening and fix the faucet. He had everything handy, even a new kitchen faucet. Great job! Thanks to the Metro plumber and my friends who gave me the company number :)

The plumbing company I used to work with previously was booked, so I went with the first one that came up on Google search list. It was an urgency in my situation, because there is only one bathroom in my apartment, with one sink, which p-trap was leaking, preventing us from using the sink. I was really impressed with the service. First of all, they had plumber available, who agreed to go to downtown Toronto (to be honest, it’s always an issue with contractors). Plumber arrived next day, as promised, fixed the leaking p-reap very quickly and determined other issues, which I’m considering to fix further on. Far price and high quality job. Will go with Metro Plumbing next time.

I live in a old house in Toronto, and decided to change one of the washrooms on the main floor because it was very weak. I had a Metro Pluming flyer layd around and decided to give them a call. In brief, the rep. on the phone was very sweet and helpful. She explained how the free estimates yet did not give me a price over the phone. The tech came the next day and gave me an acceptable price, the job was done the next day when the toilet was delivered. Very clean, professional and nice. Will use them in the future.

Had no luck finding a plumber that returned calls, was reliable, reasonable priced and did a good job. Then I found Metro Plumbing which was responsive, could come on short notice and did a great job for a fair price Special mention to the technician Vadym who was excellent and we have used on two separate occasions.

Called Metro for the second time. I needed to have 3 faucets installed in the bathrooms. The same service man came. He gave me the price and got to work. As last time, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He was done before I expected him to, and was even ok to follow behind my car to the bank as I didn’t have the money on me. I am once again extremely satisfied with the staff and the repair itself.

I would just like to share my great experience with Metro plumbing and Drains. Yesterday, I had it with my clogged washroom shower. It was always taking a long time to drain, smelt bad, backed up sometimes and made strange noises. I even tried the self drain cleaner (which sucks by the way). I cold
called Metro and asked them how much it would be to clear my drain. The person on the phone offered that I get an estimate for free and have a guaranteed price. I agreed and that same day a plumber was at my door. He came in, looked at my drain, and told me the price right there on the spot. I agreed, since it was not really expensive, and he went back to his truck to grab some tools. About an hour later he was done, and gone. I was very pleased because it was very fast, with no issues or complications, I was informed of everything and loved the experience. Thank You for everything MP.

This is a second time I have used the service, which should speak for itself. Vadim was an ace at fixing a clogged toilet and he demonstrated the same skill in unclogging the kitchen sink.

I have used Metro Plumbing twice and have been extrmely pleased with their service. The technician, Vadym, diagnosed the problem quickly, outlined what the repair would entail and provided a quote to replace the tap. Vadym was very knowledge, professional and courteous.
