The pipes underneath my kitchen sink had been leaking off and on for months, and my kitchen faucet was leaking at the base. Alex arrived and very quickly identified the issue. Very professional and friendly and worked quickly. Also, a very small thing, but unlike other repairmen, he put covers on his shoes so my carpets weren't muddied. A small touch but appreciated. Alex also pointed out which things didn't need replacing that day, but would probably need attention in a couple of years. I have no doubt I'll be calling Alex back at that time.

On a weekend, our recently purchased house developed a leak in the old valve connected to the hot water tank. Additionally older valves in a basement washroom were stuck and restricting water flow.

Within an hour, Alex from Metro Plumbing and Drains was on site and fixed the problems. He also pointed out several important improvements for the long-term "plumbing health" of the house. Very satisfied with the service.

Alexi was on time and straight forward about the possible causes of the problem. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. The old house could have needed excavation but once the drain was snaked (below the basement floor) the issue was solved. I am happy to recommend this company.
