I had a problem with my bathroom tub which was leaking from the drain area. The plumber Alex Klimov was very punctual and did the work to my satisfaction. Everything was explained and a written quote was given to me. Not only did I replace the drain system below my bathtub but also replaced the shower head and faucet in the bathroom. Because of his good work, I also replaced the old plastic pipes under my kitchen sink. Will definitely recommend this company to others. Will call the same plumber again to do some other plumbing job which I have in mind. Thanks Alex Klimov.

We came home to find a leaking pipe - I phoned Metro plumbing and in less than an hour they had sent someone. Vadym Badenko was fast, efficient and really really good. He noticed that the basement faucets were dripping and gave us a quote to fix that as well - I have never been so impressed. If I should need plumbing services again, I know who I would call.

The plumber Vadym Bodenko was punctual, very helpful and pleasant. I am calling for him at Metro Plumbing to do more work for me. I will refer Metro Plumbing to my friends because I was satisfied.

We called Metro plumbing to replace a bathroom since & vanity, repair a couple of shutoff valves and install a water filter in our kitchen. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, gave us a detailed and professional estimate of the work and pointed out a couple of issues with a job a previous contractor had done in our kitchen. Once we decided to go ahead , the work was done that day in a very professional manner. They will be the first company we call for any other plumbing work we require in the future.

We have used these guys a couple of times over the past few years for a couple of simple things that required fixing and they have been very good. No hassle, very efficient. We have them listed as our Plumber to call whenever anything goes wrong, or in case of emergency. Recommended, we'll use them again.

Metro Plumbing and Drains Services was hired to come into my home to replace galvanized piping. They said that I would be responsible for repairing the drywall afterwards. I agreed. After the work was done I had HVAC people in to look at some other work that needed to be done and they discovered that the plumber had made a large cut in the ductwork. It was several inches long. There was quite a bit of cold air from the air conditioner blowing through the large cut. I called Metro Plumbing and Drains Services and asked them to pay to have HVAC people repair the cut. They said no, that I was responsible for repairing anything that was damaged after they finished the work I hired them to do. This was not what was agreed upon. I said I would pay to have someone repair the drywall only. The owner and the plumber with both rude and argumentative with me about resolving this issue.

Old house. Pipes behind the wall dripping / leaking. Vadyn Badenko located the problem pipe which had split due to age, and replaced it. He had to go behind the wall to find the leak, and he did a very neat professional job of it. He showed me the damaged piping and explained that he would be replacing it with new. He did a great job. The facet in the bathroom leaked non-stop, and the toilet constantly plugged up. Mr.Badenko replace both the old toilet and the old taps and facet. The new taps were really nice. The toilet was replaced with a modern, high toilet (for my aged father). When Mr.Badenko left the place was spotless. He had worked for 5 hrs solid and was clean, fast and efficient. I would not hesitate to call him for his expert help. He was excellent.

Service person very professional. Explained what was needed and reason. Did not force any further work- only what was required. Completed work in a timely manner, cleaned any mess once work completed. Changed all the apparatus that is inside toilet tank.
Did not rush make you feel the job was not important.
Would recommend to others.

I had a major problem with my main exit drain pipe that had damage and started backing up into my house. It was a mess and a nightmare.
I called Metro Plumbing and in under an hour I had Alex Klimov at my house to do an inspection with a drain camera. He showed me the problem himself on the screen.
His crew was here to dig up the damaged pipe the very next morning (arriving even earlier than promised) and they proceeded to work really hard at the job and got in all done in a flash. I could not be happier with the job they did and they even cleaned it all up afterwards. It was hot while they worked and it didn't seem to slow them down at all.
They turned a real bad situation into a great one, in no time flat.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone with any type of plumbing issues, hands down.
