Home Depot did a very good job replacing the roof. My favorite part of this was that one day the roof was old and the next day, it was new. It looks great and I didn't have to get involved in moving anything or cleaning, or dealing with the workers. The garden was protected and there was no mess after the job was done. Val Matison

Great work and very fast. The installers were knowledgeable, asked all the right questions before beginning. No problems. I've used HomeDepot to install windows this year, same experience, no hassles. Any home improvements, I'd check these guys out first in your comparison shopping.

20 years the same contractor, Home Depot (Cherry & Clark) installed our roof. Served us well but almost 20 years to the day, we noticed problems. Contacted Home Depot and by luck, one of their contractors - Cherry and Clark - got the job. Crew was polite, quiet (when they weren't hammering) and kept me in the loop about what was happening. Clean-up was good and they respected the property lines of our neighbours. Would use them again. Took down an invasive ivy plant after I asked them, even though it was part of the contract. Thank you Home Depot. Only complaint. Crew arrived two weeks after they were suppose to (but there had been a bad wind storm that knocked out of a lot of roofs) - which caused us problems. stephen weir toronto. 4 star rating

The sales representative (Mike M.) was outstanding. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He met with me in person, listened carefully to my needs, made suggestions where relevant and actually showed me the physical window I was purchasing! Mike followed up with my questions via email and provided clarifications where needed. I was particularly impressed because in discussing my purchase, I had flagged concerns about a health issue and the window installations. Mike raised the issue with his team and they found an innovative solution to accommodate my disability. Mike was professional, courteous and committed throughout all phases of the project.

The installation process was equally impressive. Move over Mike Holmes, meet Jeremy M. and his trusted lieutenant John. Over the course of four days, this dynamic duo installed 16 windows and 3 doors in my home. Jeremy is a perfectionist and there is not a window or door that wasn’t fully centered or levelled. In other words, it wasn’t just that they installed the doors and windows quickly and professionally (though they did that too), but they treated my home with the same respect and courtesy you’d expect them to treat their own homes. They answered my questions politely (even when they might have been a bit dumb), provided a demonstration of how to use and clean the new windows, and kept a sense of humour throughout the 4 day process. And the clean-up? Let me just say they left the house in better condition then they found it :)

Our roof required new shingles due to the wind storm or April 2018. Home Depot assessed and made a good recommendation. The roofers worked long hours over two days to remove and replace my shingles. They were curtious and friendly. They tried to keep the work place clean and did a good job cleaning up. There was a slight concern in some bending of my eaves trough away from the house, that had to be re-hammered back in place.

Our garage side door needed to be replaced and after sourcing a variety of companies who do this work,we chose through Home Depot, the company Peak Installation to do the actual labor.
The workers were extremely courteous,taking the time to answer all my questions and explain what was being done and why.
Shaaban and Donavan(the installers) are the quintessential ambassadors for front line workers and an asset to the company, very polite,punctual,respectful of their surroundings and our home(cleaning up before leaving the site).
We would most certainly recommend this company to others and if the need arises contact them again for further work.
Overall impression...job well done on all levels, very professional and considerate of their surroundings, especially around my flower garden that is growing in the area of the door.

indows too small by at least 1/2", and some much more. Sales person told us that tuck tape would be used to reseal house wrap to new windows. It was not. Sales person did not tell us there was a brick mold for install on siding....glass area smaller by 1.5" both ways as a result. Scratches on inside edges of all windows that can't be covered by trim. Total cluster you know what.

My insurance company referred this company who came to my house, apparently did a small repair on the roof (that did not stay long) and sent a reasonable quote. When I tried to follow through on the quote it took two months to realize they had no intention on helping us out. Now I am scrambling trying to find another company to help us out and needed repairs have been neglected. I have tried repeatedly to get answers from this company and they have stopped returning emails and phone calls. I would strongly advise you to not deal with this company.

We checked out various stores that sell and install doors. At Home Depot they said they could send someone out to our home and doors were on sale at the time. Sales person came to our home, helped us to select product, colours and fit that matched our taste and budget. Installer did an incredible job, very professional, took away old door and windows and cleaned up the site well. We are very pleased with our new door and installation. Thank you!
