Glad we were able to schedule before the provincial government cancelled the rebate! Great install, very clean, neat and professional. There was a problem colour matching the window surround. They originally brought the wrong colour (close, but the installer said it wasn't a close enough match for him ). They ended up coming back on a scheduled recall and finished it off. Looks beauty, eh?

We just installed 10 windows and a front door entrance. All of staff at Home Depot was amazing ! From our salesman Jake, to our re-measure man Dennis and wow to the incredible installers led by Mike. Thank you

The crew arrived first thing in the morning as scheduled and stayed until the job was done. They answered my questions and I felt confident in the work they did on my roof. They were courteous and left my property clean. I was pleased that the job was scheduled in a timely manner and completed as promised.

As part of our home renovations we decided to replace the east facing windows due to condensation & discoloration. Home Depot provided a number of window options and we choose casement windows for 2nd floor bay window & kitchen window and an awning style for the 3rd floor bedroom. Installation was excellent - they arrived on time, lay drop sheets every where, walked us thru the window use/maintenance and were done in a day. Very happy!

We replaced our 17 year old patio sliding doors. We were very happy with the service that home depot provided for the costume order. The consultation, customs measuring done on two separate occasions, and the installation were very satisfying and professional. The installers were even very flexible in accommodating our schedule change regarding the installation of the door. The installer was polite, professional, quick and tidy. He was also dog friendly which helped a lot because we have two large dogs. We absolutely love our new door!

After we had to wait 2 weeks longer than scheduled and many calls to the project manager our new entrance door was installed.
The installing team did an excellent job and tried to tackle the issues they encountered with our door opening. They worked thoroughly and cleanly. The door fits in properly, no drafts. They even came back the next day with a better color fitting for the caulking around the frame.
I would recommend the installation team any time.
