We thank you for taking the time to write a detailed review and are sincerely regretful to have caused you any frustration, inconvenience and/or trouble during, and after, the installation. Our core belief and motto revolves around customer satisfaction, supreme service, prompt clean up, respectable and professional conduct. Any gaps should always be addressed by the installer and defective products should have the same treatment. We do offer our 1 year install workmanship warranty, and manufacturer issues will always be handled by our warranty claiming system that handles damaged goods. In the event of such mishaps and unfortunate sequence of events, we always dig deeper to investigate what went wrong in order to avoid unsatisfactory installs and overall procedures in the future.
